Purpose of the Project
• Review potential commercial opportunity that was presented by Parks Canada to mobilize visitors to the National Park.
• Building upon an existing concept plan to develop a Waterfront Development Plan and Implementation Strategy for the southern shore road allowance abutting the Delawana property.
• Prepare an economic analysis of the benefits of the future build, and its relationships to the community of Honey Harbour.

• Located at a well sheltered location• Appears stable with no obvious need for
stabilization measures or stability improvements• Markers could be placed to identify the beach area,
however impacts with adjacent private properties must be considered due to close proximity
