    FOOD FIESTA

The foods you choose to eat can have a direct impact on your ability to enjoy

life to its fullest. Perhaps the most positive effect of food is the pleasurable

feeling you get from eating a good-tasting meal. Through this project we are

trying to develop a sense of appreciation for different types of cuisines of the

    world among the learners.

Chinese cuisine is an important part of Chinese culture, which includes cuisines originating from the diverse regions of China, as well as from

Chinese people in other parts of the world .Chinese food has influenced many

other cuisines in Asia. The color, smell and taste are the three traditional

aspects to describe Chinese food. Chopsticks are the main eating utensils for

Chinese food, which can be used to cut and pick up food.

Rice is one of the most popular food in China and is used in many dishes.

Indian cuisine reflects an 8,000-year history of various groups and cultures.

It includes a wide variety of regional and traditional cuisines native to India.

Given the range of diversity in soil type, climate, culture, ethnic groups, and

occupations, these cuisines vary significantly from each other and use locally

available spices, herbs, vegetables, and fruits.

Indian food is also influenced by religious , cultural choices and

traditions. Indian cuisine is still evolving, as a result of the nation's cultural

    interactions with other societies.
