Turning Point
Our elderly, Mr Mak Yew Long and his wife, was featured in the recent President’s Challenge 2012 aired on 14 October

Mrs Mak shared the journey of caring for her husband after his sudden stroke, and how they are able to regain their life back after the crisis through the help from St Luke’s Hospital and St Luke’s ElderCare. Today, Mr Mak is a jubilant and active elderly at our Bukit Timah Centre whilst Mrs Mak is a joyful volunteer helping out at our centre.
