Ⅰ. Install Program

1. Building Environment

1.1. Microsoft .Net Framework

HVCCT Barcode System is developed on Microsoft .Net Framework.

.Net Framework 3.5 or higher is necessary for using Barcode System.

User can download the .Net Framework 3.5 from Microsoft website.

2. Program Install

Two programs are provided for install.

-. HVCCT_SUPPLY_SETUP1.msi: Barcode System Setup File.

-. dotnetfx35.exe: Microsoft .Net Framework Setup File.

※ before installing HVCCT_SUPPLY_SETUP1.msi, dotnetfx35.exe should be installed.

1. Double click the file that has “msi” extension.

2. In the screen as below, click “Next” button.

3. In below screen, user can select folder and users who will use the program.

4. As below, user can see the installation is done. Click “Close” to finish the installation of

program.

5. User can see shortcut in the desktop folder.

Ⅱ. Program Guide

1. Master Management

User can manage item master data.

Function List

- Search: Based on condition, the system shows data.

※ Condition: Item code, Use(Y/N)

- New: User can input new item master data. - Delete: The item master data that user selects is deleted.

- Save: The item master data that user adds or edit is saved. - Excel: User can download data that is in screen to excel file.

- Upload: User can create mass item master data from excel file.

※ The Master data also can be downloaded from HOOS.

Program Input Process

1) Click “New” button to input new data. 2) Input Item code, unit, lot size, use(Y/N), Item name, Project type.

3) After all data is done, click the “save” button to save data to system.

4) If you have excel file that is from HOOS, just click “upload” and assign excel file path.

2. ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) Management

User can upload ASN detail data via excel file that is from HOOS.

Function List

- Search: Based on condition, the system shows data.

※ Condition: Shipping Date, Invoice No.

- Upload: User can create mass ASN detail data.

※ The ASN detail data also can be downloaded from HOOS.

- Delete: User can delete selected ASN detail data that user upload from HOOS.

3. Invoice Management

User can create invoice data or using ASN detail data for print invoice label and box label.

Function List

- New: The screen will be cleared for input new invoice data. - Load ASN: User can create invoice data via ASN detail data that is uploaded.

- Save: The invoice data that user adds or edit is saved.

- Delete: The selected invoice data can be deleted. - Print Invoice: Print invoice label.

- Print Label: Print all box labels for all materials in the invoice. - Re-Print: Print selected material box label.

Program Input Process 1) Click “New” button to input new data.

2) Select Delivery date and input invoice no. 3) Add material code to delivery and item desc. , project type, lot size, box qty.

4) Enter Total qty. and unit price. 5) If you need you can print invoice label and box label.

6) If you uploaded ASN detail data, you can also using that.

4. Invoice List

User can get report about invoice that user created.

Function List - Search: Based on search condition, the system show invoice data.

※ Condition: Delivery date

- Excel: User can download to excel file.

5. Configuration

User can configure system environment & Supplier information.

Function List

- Save: Save the data in the screen.

※ Barcode Printer: Environment with Barcode Printer.

Supplier: Information of supplier.

HVCCT: Information of HVCCT.

Ⅲ. Additional Function of HOOS.

1. Log-in to New HOOS System.

2. Barcode Master

Supplier can download master data for label from HOOS.

Function List

- Reference: Get the data only for the supplier that log-in. - Excel: Download to excel file like as below.

3. Purchasing Order

Supplier can download purchasing order for reference from HOOS.

4. Supplier Information

Supplier can verify their information is correct or not from HOOS.

If there is wrong information about the supplier, just contract to HVCCT.
