Enterjng the pet space was a naturalevolution. Big animal lovers, lreland and herfamily have six dogs, one cat,two birds, a gecko,crickets and flsh-oh, myl But she credits herl2-year-old pup, Sparky, as her Inspiration. Forlreland, the Loved Oneso line is all abour rncru-siveness. 'We want pets to be welcome in anyroom of the home,' lreland explained. "Havingworked for so many years in home goods, wewanted to bring those palettes-those types ofdesigns-into the pet space and feel it is goingto draw everyone in the family together."

Another of lreland's inspirations is ElizabethTaylor. 'She had a way with animals] sayslreland.
