1. WEAK: your name (as the children know it) (e.g. MrsBennett)

2. MEDIUM: the name of your pet/parent/town then your month of birth (e.g.FluffyMarch)

3. STRONG: your best friend’s favourite colour (spelt phonetically and with a capital in the middle) plus the year you got your first bike, then the last two symbols from an old postcode and a question mark, (e.g. bLoo08tu?)
