Hallett Cove Fast Facts.

With the RBA’s back to back drops in interest rates and the extension of the first home owners grant, it appears that consumer confidence is increasing in the Adelaide marketplace. Although these interest rate drops don’t appear to be driving prices up, they are definitely creat-ing a lot more enquiries and reducing days on the market significantly. Our last two sales in Hallett Cove, 10 Cadna Street and 5 South Avenue, both sold at their first open for a great price and with multiple offers!
