Al Haramain Hajj Group is pleased to offer a superior hajj package to the pilgrims of Australia& New Zealand at a competitive price taking into consideration your need for comfort,spiritual guidance and religious instruction.

We are therefore pleased to offer our hujjaj/pilgrims the following packages:

ACCOMMODATIONExclusive PackageIn Madina you will be staying at the Elaf Taiba Hotel which is literally across from the Haramof Madina, with a superb open buffet breakfast offered daily for the duration of the stay.

In Makkah, you will be staying at the exclusive Retaj Hotel Apartments in the ZamZamMakkah towers for the full duration of the Makkah stay with an open buffet breakfast. Yourhotel room is reserved for you even while you are in Mina offering you the option and comfortof using your hotel room even during the Mina stay.

Please Note: With our exclusive package, the hujjaj/pilgrims will not be staying at Aziziyyahrather we remain in the exclusive hotel in Makkah before, during, and after hajj with theoption of staying in Mina tents or at the Retaj during the days of hajj.

In Mina – sofa bed is provided for your comfort together with fresh linen and pillow in sealedpacks; you have the option of returning to your Retaj Hotel room if you wish.

The Deluxe PackageThis is indeed a Deluxe Package which offers you the same Hotel in Makkah as the Exclusivepackage as well as the 5 star hotel in Madinah – the Intercontinental – and the same servicesin Mina.With the Deluxe Package you will be staying in apartments in Sheesha, Aziziyah for 4 daysbefore hajj and 2/3 days after hajj.

The Economy PackageThis package offers the pilgrim the ability to perform hajj at an affordable price staying atSheesha apartments for the duration of Hajj with shuttle bus transportation provided to theharam daily; Ishraq al Madinah hotel in Madinah .

MEALSMakkah & Madina: Open Buffet Breakfast offered daily in both Makkah and Madina for theduration of the stay in both sacred cities.Mina: Three meals provided every day in Mina. Hot and cold drinks, fruit offered at all times.Hot Gourmet meals.Arafat & Muzdalifa: Meals provided here as well, drinks, fruit.

TRANSPORTAl Haramain Hajj Group chooses to go to Madina first and then Makkah making the journeymuch easier on our pilgrims.We have arranged for guided tours to historical sites in both Makkah and Madina accompaniedby our esteemed scholars with a detailed description of these historical sites for greater benefit.

RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTIONS & SPIRITUAL GUIDANCEThe main aim of Al Haramain Hajj is to provide religious instruction and spiritual guidance toour Pilgrims as a means of enhancing their Hajj experience and ensuring that this mostimportant Islamic Rite is fulfilled to the utmost and with greater benefit and understandingthrough these constant lessons and continued guidance. The group will be accompanied by anumber of outstanding scholars conversant in Arabic, English, and Urdu providing religiousinstructions and guidance to our pilgrims throughout the Journey.

These lessons will be offered daily by the learned scholars who are accompanying the group.We also have travelling with us a female teacher from Daar Aisha Shariah College who will beaccompanying the ladies in the group conducting several lessons daily and offering spiritualguidance throughout the journey.

Lessons will be conducted daily which will take you through the rites of Hajj and Umrah stepby step. Iinstructions and guidance, daily lessons, study circles, Quran Khatmas, circles ofremembrance, right throughout the journey.

HADY ~ QURBAN ~ ANIMAL SACRIFICEThe animal sacrifice is included in the al Haramain Hajj Group hajj packages.Hajj Tax & Mutawif’s cheque is included as part of the packageA/C Bus Transport Fully air conditioned luxury buses will be provided for all bus travels.

ZAM ZAMEvery Pilgrim will receive a 10 ltr. Container of Zam Zam water as a gift to take back home.{Airlines do not permit more than one 10ltr container per pilgrim}

IHRAMBrothers will be provided with an Ihram, courtesy of al Haramain Hajj Group and the ladieswill be provided with a Jelbab.

INTENSIVE HAJJ COURSEThis will be conducted for both men and women prior to departure to prepare every pilgrimfor the oncoming journey of Hajj. These classes will continue throughout your hajj journeyevery step of the way.Every pilgrim will be provided with a booklet of Hajj course notes, as well as a hand held hajjdua book for every occasion in Hajj.

TRAVEL DATESIf you would like to travel to another destination before and/or after hajj please let us knowand we will book you for that destination as you designate at an extra cost. Please view theitinerary for exact details of travel to and from Jeddah as well as internal travel dates.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. If you wish to proceed with your registration with al Haramain Hajj Group pleasecomplete the Al Haramain Hajj Group registration form attached with this letter andreturn to us with a $1,000 deposit. This deposit will be part payment towards the priceof the package. The deposit will confirm your registration and reserve you a place withAl Haramain Hajj Group.

2. Once we receive your completed registration form and the deposit we will send you ourHajj Registration Folder containing all relevant forms to be completed and a list ofdocuments required for us to proceed with the visa application.

3. Return the completed and signed forms along with the documents required as perinformation in the folder for visa processing.

4. The remainder of the amount owing for the hajj package is due in full 31st Augustinsha’Allah.

5. We will proceed with completion of visa application process. Once the process iscompleted we will return your passport with visa to you.

PAYMENT OPTIONSPayment for the $1000 deposit as well as the final payment for the package is made throughone of the following options:

Paying in CashIn person at Daar Aisha Shariah College level 1/74-76 Haldon St., Lakemba {next to thec/wealth bank}.Please make sure the money is placed in a sealed envelope with your name clearly written on itas well as the amount it contains. Once the money is counted in your presence you will beissued with a receipt.
