A Recorded Deed of Trust to the property where the Section 8 participant will reside;
Copy of current paid tax receipts (parish and city);
Copy of valid state ID
Copy of social security card if using personal name or;
Copy of Employer Identification Number (E.I.N.) as required by Internal Revenue Service (I.R.S.) if using business name
Management agreement if owner does not manage his/her own property
All landlords must provide the following information for each property being added:
A Recorded Deed of Trust to the property where the Section 8 participant will reside;
Copy of current paid tax receipts (parish and city);
Property listing form
Management agreement if owner does not manage his/her own property.
