order to deliver resources for both Social Care and Health within the Hackney Area.

• Hackney Hub will be promoted in conjunction with the Public Service Promise, allow our PSP partners to have supported access to the online resource.

• To promote self-service access to services which are universally accessible to the citizens of Hackney

• To work with our Providers to ensure citizens have maximum choice and can build their own care from a trusted online directory of services.
