• O you who have believed, when you are told, "Space yourselves" in assemblies, then make space; Allah will make space for you. And when you are told, "Arise," then arise; Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees. And Allah is Acquainted with what you do (Surah Al-Mujadilah)

• O you who have believed, when you converse privately, do not converse about sin and aggression and disobedience to the Messenger but converse about righteousness and piety. And fear Allah , to whom you will be gathered.

• Gatherings are occurred for achieving some purpose the purpose that you cannot achieve alone.

• Should serve two purposes: – Benefit self

– Benefits others

Narrow minded,

Annoying

Selfish

Follows own desires

• Always try to sit at the appropriate and proper place .

• Follow the way, the Sahabah used to sit in the Majlis (Gathering) –They used to sit in groups and learn and

recite The Holy Quran

• Listen carefully to what is being said in that gathering

• Be punctual.

• Follow the timings strictly!

• Say salaam when you enter.

• If nobody listens say again, at max 3 times

• Have a smile on your face.

• Don’t be extra serious

• Make place for the new comers. • Sit with manners . • Try to create the atmosphere according to the

purpose

• Make your voice hearable in a gathering when you speak

• Join in the Gathering with good Ney’at.

• Leave your place clean when leaving.

• Don’t start your own talk with the other person while there is a talk going on in a gathering

• If you are ill than don’t sit in a place where everyone notice you because than your sneezing or coughing may irritate other people.

• Don’t yawn or sleep in the gathering

• Don’t look here and there or at clock again and again.

• Don’t try to overcome that gathering by starting your own talk (irrelevant and lengthy) and not letting other people speak

• Don’t amuse others by saying false stuff.

• Don’t make other people move from their places unless he is sitting at a wrong place.

• Don’t search out for a prominent position • Don’t sit in someone else’s place

• Don’t interfere in other people personal affairs.

• Don’t consider anyone unimportant

• Don’t separate 2 people who sitting together
