Every time when we read Psalms we

will find a tiny word between the stanzas -

- selah. Selah is a symbol of rest,

represented by 0 in the score, to silence

and pause, the purpose is to give the

singer or listener time to think back and

then continue to sing or listen.

Selah also means transposing or

enhancing tone or emotion.

Dear brothers and sisters, do you think it is God who led us into

Selah through the MCO! Therefore, brothers and sisters who follow

God should make good use of this rest. During the pause, we should

carefully examine our own hearts and experience everything around

us with our hearts, preparing to disciple nations in this world that has

changed!

Of course, during this period, we should also strengthen our

enthusiasm for God, man and earth. Value relationships and enjoy

relationships, because we all take time and pay the price to build a

united and loving relationship with God, people and the earth.

Carolina:

Although it looks like an

ordinary grass, but I

can see the vitality in it.

As the wind blows, their

seeds would fly and

spread, landing on the

ground and starting a

new life. In their lives, I

see the perseverance

and a vitality of life

building life within it.

Ps David Yancey:

Even though you rob

me of my cloak, but life

does not depend on the

outer beauty. Even

though you do not give

me water and soil, but

life does not grumble

about lack. A person’s

value is not a one-time

price tag on the shelf

but endless vitality.

Sarah Wong:

Snails crawl slowly. If you put it

into a short bottle, it will still take

a long time to reach the

bottleneck. Though slow, it could

persevere and will always reach

its destination.

Ruth Chang：The pineapple is a type of fruit

that people would rarely want to

touch because of its thorns. But

it is very tasty. The same things

also apply to us. As we are

growing up, often we may hurt

the people around us like the

thorns on a pineapple. People

may also choose to stay away.

But God sees each of us as

precious.

IP Esther Wong:

When I see flowers, I

thought of this verse, "I say

to you that not even

Solomon in all his glory and

splendor dressed himself

like one of these flowers“.

Esther Choo:

A little shallot is a common ingredient in the

kitchen. Although it is small, and it doesn't

look special, but it can make a dish taste

delicious, when cut, you will tear up, when

planted, it will grow into spring onions. We

may think that we are unimportant people, but

we can influence others just like this shallot,

having a sweet smell, and touching people

and yielding life!

Ps. Alicia:Humble soil does not garner much

admiration and is often trampled

underfoot, contributing silently,

allowing plants to grow generously,

and people to gain goodness from

it. I want to become the good soil of

the heavenly kingdom.

Ps Hannah:However magnificent the

building made by hand, it is

not as wonderful as the

Creator's creation! Looking at

the ever-changing sky outside

the window, I can't help but

express gratitude and praise:

God, You are really great!

Rev David Ling:

When the heaven and

earth are dim, only the

Tree of Life that bears

fruits grows in glorious

light. Now is a time as

such. When we pursue

to become a Tree of

Life, then we will walk in

God’s glorious light.

Lai Mei Fung ：Although the old moringa tree

was chopped down several

months ago, it has already

began to grow new shoots

although it was already rotten.

I thank God that through this

tree, I have learnt that even

though life could have trials,

our heavenly Father's love still

keeps me so that I could grow

new life. [My life is in you,

Lord. My strength is in you,

Lord. My hope is in you, Lord]

How many cloves of

garlic are there?

They come in

the grace of God,

we must count each

If that is how God clothes the

When I saw this bird's nest on my

roof, the birds seemed to feel

protected, the bird family had a

warm place to stay, they didn't have

each and every day.
