By introducing Company Cars into the Market By Affiliating Drivers with their own Cars into the Program
Two ways to increment Driver Affiliation to our Program
PGS Business Transportation Services will buy and offer the
Drivers the chance to replace their Car with a company carunder two main conditions; the affiliation to the additional
Services brochure handouts and the payment of a daily fee
for car usage of US$.52.00. Every amount he makes over thedaily payment, the Driver gets to keep as income.
Company Car comes with Auto Insurance paid by the Com
pany, every other expense from maintenance to Gas must
be covered by the Driver. Driver is affiliated to the additional services Brochure handout and will be entering the
invoicing challenge by which he must produce a annualrevenue to the company of US$.3,000.00 for three years in
a row and at the end of the third year (after US$.9,000.00
total revenue generated for the company in three years)the Driver gets to keep the car and it is titled in his name.
PGS Business Transportation Services will also extend a formal invitation
to Driver that do not want to participate in the Company Car Program orthe Invoicing Challenge. This Drivers will have two different good options;
Just affiliate to the Additional Services Brochure Handout Program en get
paid a pre-set commission on sales to their own customers or, Affiliate tothe company’s Full Service Program (where company provides the daily
customers) and pay the daily Affiliation fee of US$.16.50. Every thing hemakes daily over that amount, the Driver gets to keep as his daily income.
As a Company Affiliate, he will qualify for the Additional Services BrochureHandout Program and the pre-set commission rate paid for each and every
additional service sold by our Corporate Group. Driver is responsible for allmaintenance, Gas, Insurance, repair or any other expense the Car generates
while operating as a Company Affiliate. Most of PGS Business Vehicle Fleet
will come from this type of Driver Affiliate and will offer the Drivers thesame additional income opportunities, with less daily payments.

AFFILIATED FLEET DRIVERS AND SPECIFIC CLASSIFICATION AS PER PARTICIPATING PROGRAM

Under this Program the Driverpays U.S.$.52.00 dollars a day
divided into three specific areasto cover; A. U.S.$.35.00 usage

Driver will have to net the company a minimum of U.S.$.3,000.00 a year on additional
Services sales, to qualify for car ownership and transfer.

participate in the Additional Services Handout Program, handle company customers
from hotel contracts and participate in the commission
earning from Additional Services program Sales. Driver will be
trained as a professional Sales Associate and given all materials

Additional Services Supplementary Income
PGS Corporate Group Services offered by PGS Business Transportation Services Drivers and Affiliate Businesses and delivered by our Corporate Partners, is not included in this estimate. Income estimates will increase as this
figures are included in the annual income statements and as they start to appear and become a regular occurrence. This, as per percentages seen below, will positively affect the outcome of the annual income
for PGS Business Transportation Services
FIRST YEAR ESTIMATES ON ADDITIONAL SERVICES BROCHURE HANDOUT
We have concluded after studying the Tourism Transportation Business in Panama, that a driver transports an average of 5 passengers per day, but for purposes of this estimates, we will say three (3). 350 of our Affiliate
Drivers will then carry 31,500 passengers a month. We expect to service lots of them, but for purposes of this estimate, we will calculate the lowest percentage possible (one percent) 1%, totaling 315 new customers every
month for PGS CORPORATE GROUP. After operations cost and paying out Drivers and Affiliate Businesses commissions, we estimate one hundred (U.S.$.100.00) dollar Net Income per customer, resulting income for
additional services is U.S.$.31,500.00 or a
