Welcome back to 2020! We

are extremely excited to be

back and getting settled into

another fabulous year of

learning.

A very warm welcome to all

new and returning families,

we have a wonderful

community here at Gunning

and I know you will be

welcomed with open arms.

Our school hours are

9:20am-3:20pm with

supervision starting at

9:00am, please ensure your

children are not at school

before 9:00am as we do not

have supervision for them.

A reminder our breakfast

club will start back up next

week on a Monday,

Wednesday and Friday, all

welcome. Our office hours

are 8:30am-3:30pm and if

you need anything at all our

wonderful office staff will be

available to assist you.

We are sending a note

home today for you to fill

out with details of how your

child/ren are getting home if

you could please return this

ASAP so we can assure we

are getting students home

safely.

This year we are doing

iMaths and Soundwaves,

there will be a note sent

home shortly requesting

payment for these two

textbooks, these programs

are essential for your child’s

learning this year, so

prompt payment will be

greatly appreciated and if

financial assistance is

required please contact me

via the office.

Class dojo will be used by

all our teachers this year to

communicate with you

regarding your child’s

learning and what’s

happening at school. If you

could please ensure you

are connected to Class dojo

and if you do not have log in

details yet please see your

child’s teacher.

Our Swimming Carnival is fast approaching and will be held at Yass Pool on

Monday the 10th of

February, a note will be coming home soon with further details about the carnival.

Notices

Office Hours

Office hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to

Friday. Please do not ring the school outside

these hours.

Uniform

School Uniform Shop hours are Wednesdays

from 8:30am to 11:30am.

Multiple sizes are out of stock at the moment.

More have been ordered and should arrive

within the next few weeks. Orders may be

placed at the front office for when new stock

arrive. Thank you for your patience.

Bank Books

Please bring Bank Books in on Tuesdays.

School Bells

School Starts 9:20am

School Day Finishes 3:20pm

Canteen

Canteen will start up again for 2020 on Monday

the 3rd of February. Canteen will run every

Monday and Friday throughout term.

Breakfast Club

2020 Breakfast club will start up again on

Monday the 3rd of February! Any donations

would be hugely appreciated. Donations can

include bread, butter, jam, milk, milo, cereal etc.

Yass Minor Football League

2020 Season is now OPEN

Go to www.PlayRugbyLeague.com and login with you NRL Account or create new account. Fill out the

registration Form. Make sure you go to www.service.nsw.gov.au and apply for you Active Kids Voucher if

eligible.

Cost: $145(1st child) - $130(2nd child) - $115(3rd child) - Additional Free
