Important notes for both existing and new users

Full name and user name should be the same

All profile information (including full name) must be displayed in Vietnamesewith no tone (tiếng Việt không dấu)For example: Nguyen Van A

ID card No. (Số CMND) is a MUST

One email address must be consistently used during the selection process

Note down all sign up information for future use

When creating a new account, if there is a duplicate because you have registered before but forgotten your password, in the ID card no. field, input: <your official IDnumberNEW>.

• Employment type: permanent

Note: Candidates in graduate/ internship recruitment program can ONLYchoose one location and one position to apply, so please consider carefully before applying

For Bachelor degree: choose Higher/ Tertiary Education

Add work experience (if any)

Click Save & Next

Input all required information

Resume attachment (files should be under 1MB):

1/ CV in English (PDF file)2/ Most updated official academic transcript (scan in 1 PDF file). If you haven’t received your official transcript, result print screens from your school’s website are acceptable (put in 1 PDF file). (*)

(*) Academic transcript is only required for candidates in internship/ graduate program

For new users: click Submit Application

For existing users: click Save

After submission, if you want to change/ update any new

information/ files, click the SAVE button to complete your update

(do not click SUBMIT button). After the date of deadline, job applications for your chosen position will be closed and no further changes can be made.

If you reach this stage, your application is completed.
