discreetly;avoiduncivilisedlanguageandbehaviour.

2. Use“please”,“thankyou”,“excuseme”,“sorry”,“pardonme”and

othersuchpolitephrasesfrequently.Whenweleaveourcountry,we

becomeguests,andwemusttreatourhostswithcivility.Say“good

morning”inthemorning.Say“sorry”whenyoumakeamistake.
