How to use CME to configure Macro NodeB script:

1. Create logic NodeB in RNC

2. Create the physical NodeB(choose NodeB type and version)

3. Configure NodeB hardware

4. Modify NodeB basic information

5. Configure Transport layer

6. Configure Radio layer

7. Export NodeB script

After Radio layer configuration finished, the NodeB script can be export from CEM.
