• The following point will help PDA Analysts in carrying out Deep and detailed analysis of the PDA Graphs.

• This guide will help the PDA Analyst organize him/herself to go through the Indicators, Graphs, Axes and achieve a successful PDA Feedback session.

A guide for interpreting…

• It is absolutely essential that, when conducting a PDA Feedback session, the PDA Analyst does not rush, get impatient and skip indicators. It is recommended to proceed in a paused, ordered, concentrated and detailed pace in order to go through each and every Indicator provided by the tool.

• It is mostly important to keep this in mind during the first PDA Feedback experiences.


• Conducting a PDA Feedback session is not only about talking. Conducting a PDA Feedback session also implies listening and explaining.

• During a PDA Feedback session, it is very important that the individual is allowed time to express his/her comments and points of view.

• The information provided by the PDA Report and Graphs must be complemented with the information given by the person. The PDA Feedback process is very much enriched with the information provided by the assessed individual.

Feedback + Listening


1. Define the descriptors of each Axis (REPNA) in its corresponding tendency (High-Situational-Low). (Ch. 3)

Define the motivators of each Axis (REPNA) in its corresponding tendency (High-Situational-Low). (Ch. 4)

2. Identify each Axis’ (REPNA) intensity. Detail the extreme Axis, whether high or low. (REPNA <20%- 80%> REPNA). (Ch. 12)

3. Analyse the integration between the extreme Axes. (Ch. 5) Analyse the integration through the “Predominant Lines”. (Ch.

5)

4. Analyse the Self-control Axis. Identify the relation between the extreme Self-control with pronounced axes. (Ch. 6)

1st step: Analyse the Natural Profile


5. Define the individual’s Reference Profile and its respective behavioural descriptors and motivators. (Ch. 18)

1st step: Analyse the Natural Profile


1. Describe the behaviour modifications that the person perceives must modify in order to succeed in his/her job (if working). (Ch. 11)

2. Analyse the following indicators: Profile Intensity (Ch. 13) Decision-making Style (Ch. 9)

Feedback: During a PDA Feedback session, when describing the Role Profile information, use adequate – not technical – language. It is good to start by saying: “In essence, this person perceives that his/her job demands…”

2nd step: Analyse the Role Profile


1. Analyse the two indicators that compare the profiles: Energy Balance (Ch.8) Profile Modification (Ch. 10)

2. Form Time (Ch. 14)
