Our Wayfinding Team offers strategic advice, information design, wayfinding, sign planning, product design and digital content. We provide a full design service from initial conceptual discussion through to implementation. This includes temporary, permanent and dynamic signage.

As an in-house service, we are supported by a wide range of design and design management disciplines including architecture, interior design, stakeholder management and package management. We have the resources to turn complex problems into an enjoyable experience.

Wayfinding Design

Campus Wide SystemNewcastle Airport

Covering the entire passenger journey: information design; consistent visual identity; multiple media and platforms, including alignment with the airport app. Easily customised for new process.

International BrandingAncona Airport

A new visual identity across a family of product and signage elements. Our concept combines references from the city’s unique heritage with colours of the local landscape to create a contemporary design language.

Product DevelopmentHeathrow Rail

Multi-platform information design and visual identity. New interventions to strengthen specific passenger routes and multi-functional orientation and product delivery e.g. ticketing, train information and journey times.

6.1 Sign typology

There are number of sign types and products utilised as part of the Newcastle Airport way nding strategy. This allows for a varied information delivery depending on passenger need, architectural constraints or operational requirements.

The creation of a Newcastle Airport product family gives reassurance and consolidates the information delivery in to a de ned suite of products.
