Chi ci ospita?Who will host us?

Bosco Chiesanuova

Detto “cesanòa” in dialetto Veneto, è un comune di circa 3500 abitanti della Provincia di Verona. Ha conosciuto il boom turistico degli anni Sessanta e Settanta, quando la località sciistica qui vicino (Malga San Giorgio) attraeva ancora migliaia di appassionati sciatori.

Oggi resiste come la “Perla dei Lessini” e d'estate si riempie ancora di turisti, vecchi e nuovi, che su queste montagne cercano solo il relax e la tranquillità.

Il LessiniaSport farà tappa nella piazza centrale di Bosco con la partenza, il riordino e l'arrivo.

Velo Veronese Ha conosciuto la fama in

tutta Verona grazie alla compagnia teatrale “Le Falie” che da qui hanno

fatto nascere una serie di eventi culturali di successo.

Forse per questo motivo è la culla culturale della

Lessinia.

Quest'anno i concorrenti si fermeranno brevemente nel suo piccolo centro “storico”.

Cantina Valpantena La Cantina Valpantena, apre per la prima volta le proprie porte ad una manifestazione automobilistica per i due riordini del 4° LessiniaSport.

Si tratta di una realtà molto vicina al territorio, che dal 1958 produce il vino di questa zona a partire dai soci conferitori, agricoltori devoti al lavoro dei campi in Valpantena da generazioni.

Bosco Chiesanuova Bosco Chiesanuova is called "cesanòa" in local speech (means “New church”). It is a town of about 3500 inhabitants in the province of Verona. This place knew the tourist boom of the Sixties and Seventies, when the ski resort near here (Malga San Giorgio) still attracted thousands of skiers.Today resists as the "Pearl of the Lessini" and in the summer it is still full of tourists that choose these mountains just looking for relaxation and warm. The LessiniaSport will make a stop in the central square of Bosco with the start-finish ramp and one of the regroupings.

Velo Veronese This place is quite famous in Verona thanks to the theater company "Le Falie". They create a series of successful cultural events where all the inhabitants of Velo Veronese town are involved. Maybe for this reason, Velo Veronese is the cultural base of Lessinia's Mountains.This year the competitors will stop briefly in this town after stage 3 and 6.

Cantina Valpantena The Cantina Valpantena opens for the first time its doors for a motorsport event. The LessiniaSport 2014 will stop here for both the two official regroupings.This cellar has been producing wine since 1958, and works only with grapes of Valpantena's territory.

START parcheggiare a Lugo di Grezzana e raggiungere lo START a piedipark at Lugo di Grezzana (church) and reach the START walking

FINISH dalla SP6 “dei Lessini”, subito dopo l'abitato di Cerro Veronese svoltate a sinistra per Prati. Dopo circa 1.5km arriverete in Contrada Prati, dove la PCT termina. Siete molto vicini anche allo start di PCT 2/5/7Fotografate il codice QR oppure vistate questo LINK per le indicazionifrom SP6 “dei Lessini” immediately after Cerro Veronese town, take left following for “Prati”. Lo start di PCT sarà localizzato nei pressi di un'area residenziale. Non consigliato.Potete parcheggiare qui la vettura e camminare a piedi per raggiungere i punti 1 e 2.The start of this stage is not recommended for public.You can park you car here and walk to reach safe places 1 and 2.

PUNTO 1 TORNANTE AL KM 0+190 HAIRPIN AT 0+190 KM FROM THE START

Il primo tornante è molto vicino allo START di prova, ma presenta solo poche postazioni in sicurezza. Posizionatevi sulla sommità della falesia come indicato dalla freccia. Non sostare all'interno del tornante o nella via di fuga.The first hairpin is very near to stage START, but there are a few safe places, only at the top of the rocks as shown by the arrow. Do not place inside the hairpin or in the escape line.

PUNTO 2 TORNANTE AL KM 0+710 HAIRPIN AT 0+710 KM FROM THE START

Evitate il primo tornante dopo lo START per impossibilità di porsi in sicurezza, e proseguire fino al KM 0+710 per posizionarvi su questo tornante destro. La freccia indica il senso della prova. Posizionatevi in alto sulla

roccia esterna. Evitate il centro del tornante e la via di fuga da cui è stata scattata la foto.

Do not stop on first hairpin (0+190km from the start) because there are no safe place to stay. Prefer this second right hairpin, where you can stay safely. (the arrow indicates stage direction). Climb up the rocks outside the bend to follow the race in safe place. Do not stop inside the hairpin or in the escape line from where this photo was taken.

PUNTO 3 TORNANTE AL KM 2+340 HAIRPIN AT 2+340 KM FROM THE START

Per raggiungere questo tornante dovrete posizionarvi per tempo. Poco più avanti anche l'abitato di Corrubio dove potrete scattare qualche foto interessante. Posizionatevi in sicurezza sopra la roccia all'esterno della

curva. Evitate il centro del tornante e la via di fuga da cui è stata scattata la foto.

You must reach this place early because is more than 2km from the start. From here you can also reach Corrubio town where some good photos can be taken. Do not stop inside the hairpin or in the escape line from where this photo was taken.

PUNTO 4 ZONA PANORAMICA AL KM 4+700 (120mt PRIMA DELL'ARRIVO)PANORAMIC AREA AT 4+700 KM (120mt BEFORE THE FINISH)

Raggiungerete questa zona dall'arrivo in poco tempo, ottima per video e foto. Posizionandovi sulla destra di questa foto, su un terrapieno naturale, potrete godere di un'ampia porzione di prova. Le vetture transiteranno nel senso della freccia.You can easily reach this place from stage's finish. Here you can take stunning pictures and videos. Stand on the natural terrace on the right of this photo. The cars will race in the direction shown by the arrow.

FINISH non sono presenti parcheggi al fine prova. Consigliamo di parcheggiare al Palaghiaccio di Bosco e raggiungere la fine della prova a piedi. Siete molto vicino agli headquarters e alla Piazza di Boscothere are no parkings at the end of the stage. Park near ice rink and reach the finish of the stage walking. You are near to headquarters and start/finish ramp in the center of Bosco Chiesanuova.

PUNTO 0 START

Lo start di PCT sarà localizzato nei pressi di Lughezzano (a 710mt dalla chiusura della strada).The start of this stage will be located only 710mt from Lughezzano, where the road will be closed.

PUNTO 1 TORNANTE AL KM 0+50 HAIRPIN AT 0+50 KM FROM THE START

Interessantissimo tornante molto vicino alla partenza. Potrete sostare all'esterno sul terrapieno naturale e vedere anche la stessa partenza della prova. Dopo di qui la prova entra in una zona di bosco. Evitate il centro del tornante e la via di fuga.A very interesting hairping bend very near to the start. You can stand on the natural bank on the outside. After this bend, the stage enters the wood. Do not stop inside the hairpin or in the escape line.

PUNTO 2 TORNANTE AL KM 0+820 HAIRPIN AT 0+820 KM FROM THE START

Questo è uno dei punti più spettacolari per gli spettatori, perché consente anche di godere di una piccola porzione panoramica. Posizionatevi sulla sinistra di questa foto, sul terrapieno naturale. Evitate il centro del tornante e la via di fuga da cui è stata scattata questa foto.This is one of the most appreciated places of the stage. You can take a look also on a small portion of the stage before the hairpin. Stand on the natural bank outside the bend.. Do not stop inside the hairpin or in the escape line where this photos was taken.

PUNTO 3 BIVIO AL KM 2+640 HAIRPIN AT 2+640 KM FROM THE STARTINGRESSO INTERMEDIO SPIEGATO A PAGINA 7YOU CAN ENTER HERE IN THE STAGE FOLLOWING PG7 INSTRUCTIONS

Da questo bivio potete raggiungere la prova come indicato a pagina 7. Siete nel centro della PCT, e avete a disposizione un'ottima postazione anche per foto e video (potete vedere la curva anche da angolazione diversa). Evitate il centro del tornante e la via di fuga dove è stata scattata questa foto.This is the intermediate entrance to the stage (follow page 7 instructions). This is a great place to stay. Walking along the stage you can take great panoramic pictures. Do not stop inside the hairpin or in the escape line where this picture was taken.

PUNTO 4 ATTRAVERSAMENTO CONTRADA A 0+410 KM DA INGRESSO INTERMEDIOSMALL VILLAGE CROSSING AT 0+410 KM FROM INTERMEDIATE ACCESS

Bellissimo attraversamento di una tipica contrada lessinica. Poco più avanti, in senso prova, anche un tornante sinistro che vi darà ampia visibilità sul panorama delle montagne. Postazione molto consigliata per fotografi e cineoperatori.Stunning crossing of a typical Lessinia's village. If you like the show, you can also reach a left hairpin bend walking only a few minutes along the stage. This is a great place for photographers and video operators, easily reachable from intermediate access shown at point 4.

PUNTO 5 TORNANTI SPETTACOLARI A 2+260 KM DALL'ARRIVOFAMOUS HAIRPINS AT 2+2060KM FROM THE FINISH

Questa è la postazione più famosa della prova, perché qui negli anni Settanta si corse il rally di Verona, il Due Valli. Molti degli appassionati ricordano le lunghe notti in attesa delle vetture. Tante sono le possibilità di posizionarsi in sicurezza in questa zona, sia nella parte alta che nella parte bassa dei tornanti. Evitate sempre il centro dei tornanti e le vie di fuga. Potete raggiungere questi tornanti camminando circa 10/15min dal fine prova.This is the most famous place of the stage, because in Seventies the rally of Verona (Rally Due Valli) raced on this stage. Lot of people remember the long nights spent here waiting for the rally to come. You can stand safely both in “upper” places (where the picture was taken) and in lower places (you can see a big field down the hairpins). Do not stop inside the hairpins or in the escape lines. You can arrive here walking almost 10/15 minutes from finish line.

PUNTO 6 TORNANTI A 0+10 KM DALL'ARRIVO HAIRPINS AT 0+10KM FROM THE FINISH

Raggiungibili a piedi dal fine prova. Evitate il centro dei tornanti e le vie di fuga.

This bends are reachable walking a little bit from the finish of the stage. Do not stop inside the hairpins or in the escape lines.

FINISH parcheggio nell'abitato di Velo Veronese, fine prova facilmente raggiungibile.Park in Velo Veronese town. The stage is simply reacheable.

INGRESSI sia dalla Val d'Illasi che da Velo Veronese potete raggiungere la metà della prova (Contrada Bruschi) seguendo le istruzioni del Codice QR oppure cliccando su questo LINK.both from Iillasi Valley and from Velo Veronese you can reach the middle of the stage (Contrada Bruschi).

PUNTO 0 START

Lo start è molto vicino alla SP13 Velo – San Giorgio, ma non vi sono punti interessanti per gli spettatori se non dopo oltre 1km.The start of this stage is very near to the road SP13 Velo – San Giorgio, but there are no safe places for spectators before 1km into the stage.

PUNTO 1 ATTRAVERSAMENTO CONTRADA A 1+920 KM DA STARTSMALL VILLAGE CROSSING AT 1+920 KM FROM START

Non si tratta di una zona molto facile da raggiungere (quasi 2km dallo start e 1.7km dall'accesso intermedio) ma di sicuro fascino per fotografi e video operatori. Inoltre, circa 500mt dopo il passaggio in contrada Riva, potrete avere accesso ad una zona molto panoramica (nel riquadro di sinistra).This isn't a simple place to reach (2km into the stage and 1.7km from the intermediate access) but is really fascinating for photographers and video operators. You can also reach a panoramic zone (you can see it in the small picture) walking around 500mt along the stage from this point.

PUNTO 2 TORNANTI A 0+520 KM DA ACCESSO INTERMEDIOHAIRPINS AT 0+520 KM FROM INTERMEDIATE ACCESS

Due tornanti raggiungibili dall'accesso intermedio di Contrada Bruschi in poco tempo. Si tratta di una coppia

di gomiti al termine di una lunga discesa. Sicuro spettacolo. Evitate il centro dei tornanti e le vie di fuga.

A couple of hairpins reachable walking a little bit from the intermediate access of Contrada Bruschi. They are located at the end of a long downhill. Show is sure down there. Do not stop inside the hairpins or in the escape lines.

PUNTO 3 BIVIO AL KM 3+680 HAIRPIN AT 3+680 KM FROM THE STARTINGRESSO INTERMEDIO SPIEGATO A PAGINA 11YOU CAN ENTER HERE IN THE STAGE FOLLOWING PG11 INSTRUCTIONS

Da questo punto si accede alla prova sia da Velo che dalla Val d'Illasi (istruzioni a pagina 11). Il bivio è molto bello, spettacolare seguirlo nella parte alta. Si riesce inoltre a vedere parte della discesa che precede questo cambiostrada. Evitate il centro del tornante e la via di fuga dove è stata scattata questa foto.You can enter in the stage at this point coming both from Velo Veronese and Illasi Valley (istruction and maps on pg 11). You can also see the last part of the huge downhill before this junction. Do not stop inside the hairpin or in the escape line where this photo was taken.

PUNTO 4 TORNANTI A 0+700 KM DAL FINE PROVAHAIRPINS AT 0+700 KM FROM FINISH

Due tornanti in salita in Loc. Retz, decisamente spettacolari soprattutto il secondo. Posizionatevi nel terrapieno all'esterno del secondo tornante per godere di sicuro spettacolo. Evitate il centro del tornante e la via di fuga dove è stata scattata questa foto.Great place for show and drift. You can stand safely on the natural bank outside the second hairpin. After this couple of bends the stage goes almost straight till the end in Velo Veronese. Do not stop inside the hairpin or in the escape line where this photo was taken.
