INTRODUÇÃO

XCO CUP Internacional Seia 2012 é uma prova organizada pelo Clube BTT Seia / Federação Portuguesa de Ciclismo / Município de Seia, de acordo com os regulamentos UCI e/ou UVP-FPC (segundo a classe da prova), o regulamento da Taça de Portugal e o presente regulamento particular e com aplicação exclusiva das respetivas tabelas de penalidades. A prova realiza-se no dia 22 de Abril de 2012.

INTRODUCTION

XCO CUP International Seia 2012 is a competition organized by Clube BTT Seia / Federação Portuguesa de Ciclismo / Município de Seia, according to the Regulations UCI and/or UVP-FPC (depending in the class of the competition), the Portuguese Cup Regulations and the specific rules and with exclusive endorsement of Penalties Table. The event is scheduled to 22 of April of 2012.

Artigo 3 – Tipo de Prova

A prova está inscrita no calendário internacional UCI, classe C1, para as categorias Elites masculinos, Juniores masculinos, Elites femininas e Juniores femininas.

No calendário nacional para as categorias Cadetes masculinas e femininas, Veteranos A masculinos, Veteranos B+C masculinos e Veteranas femininas.

São atribuídos os seguintes pontos para o Ranking UCI MTB XCO:

Artigo 4 – Corridas, Horários do secretariado, treinos e competições

4.1 Corridas

As corridas XCO CUP Internacional Seia 2012 são divididas da seguinte forma:

Corrida 1 (C1) – Veteranos A, Veteranos B, Veteranos C e promoção

Corrida 2 (C2) – Elites/Sub 23 Femininas, Juniores Femininas, Cadetes Masculinos, Veteranas e Cadetes Femininas.

Corrida 3 (C3) – Juniores Masculinos e Elites/Sub23 Masculinos.

Article 3 – Tipe of Race

The race is entered in the Internatinal Calendar of the UCI, Class C1, for Elite men, Junior men, Elite women and Junior women.

In the Natinal Calendar for the categories Cadets men, Cadets women, Masters men A, B and C and Masters women.

The following points are awarded for UCI MTB XCO ranking

Article 4 – Schedules of the Secretariat, Training and Competitions

4.1 Racings

XCO CUP International Seia 2012 races are divided as follows

Race 1 (C1) – Masters A, Masters B, Masters C and promotion

Race 2 (C2) – Elite/Under 23 women, Junior women, Cadets men, Masters and Cadets women.

Race 3 (C3) – Junior men and Elite/Under 23 men.

Artigo 5 - Inscrições / Taxas

5.1 Inscrições

As inscrições dos atletas Federados, devem ser efetuadas diretamente através do sistema de inscrições on-line disponibilizado no sítio da UVP-FPC (www.uvp-fpc.pt), até às 24 horas de quarta-feira antes da realização da prova.

As inscrições efetuadas fora do prazo regulamentar têm uma taxa extra de 10€ por atleta e só poderão realizar-se até às 18 horas de Sábado. Os atletas que se inscrevam fora do prazo são os últimos na grelha de partida das respetivas categorias independentemente de obedecerem aos critérios definidos no ponto 6.1 do Regulamento da Taça de Portugal.

Article 5 - Registration / Fees

5.1 Registration

The federal registration of athletes, should be made directly throught the system of registration available online at the site of the UVP-FPC (www.uvp-fpc.pt), up to 24 hours on Wednesday before performing the test.

Registrations, of each athlete, made outside the deadline have an extra charge of 10€ and can only be held up to 18 hours on Saturday. Athlete, who registers after the deadline, is the last on the grid regardless of the respective categories, independently to obey the criteria in section 6.1. of the Portugese Cup regulations.

5.2 Confirmação das Inscrições

A confirmação das inscrições, verificação de licenças e autorizações por parte do Colégio de Comissários decorre no secretariado da prova até 1h antes da realização da prova C1 para todas as categorias.

5.3 Reunião de Diretores Desportivos

A reunião de Diretores Desportivos decorre no local da prova à hora indicada programa/horário.

5.4 Taxas

Os atletas filiados na UVP-FPC com licença desportiva de competição estão isentos de qualquer taxa de inscrição, aos atletas internacionais a taxa é de 20€.

As inscrições efetuadas fora do prazo regulamentar confere ao organizador o direito de aplicar a taxa de 10€.

Nova placa de bicicleta e dorsal implica um pagamento de 10€. O atleta é responsável pelo chip de cronometragem que lhe é

instalado na bicicleta, no ato de confirmação da inscrição, comprometendo-se a devolver o mesmo, no final da prova, em perfeitas condições. No caso de não devolução ou de qualquer tipo de danos, o atleta assumirá a inteira responsabilidade dos factos, comprometendo-se a pagar a quantia de 100€.

5.5 Atribuição de Dorsais e Placas

Os dorsais e placas a utilizar são os da Taça de Portugal de acordo com o descrito no Regulamento da Taça de Portugal.

5.6 Chamada para a grelha de partida

De acordo com o artigo 4.2.061 do Regulamento da UCI e com o artigo 6.1 do Regulamento da Taça de Portugal:

1º De acordo com o último Ranking Individual UCI de XCO publicado;

2º Os corredores não classificados no Ranking da UCI: pela ordem da classificação geral individual da Taça de Portugal;

3º Os corredores não classificados na Taça de Portugal: pela ordem de inscrição.

5.2 Confirmation of registration

Confirmation of enrollment, verification of licenses and permits from the Commissaries Panel held at the secretariat of the test until 1 hour prior to the C1 test for all categories.

5.3 Meeting of Sport Directors

The Sports Directors meeting takes place in the test at the time indicated program / schedule.

5.4 Fees

Athletes affiliated in UVP-FPC with competition licensed sports are exempt from any tax registration, for international athletes the tax is 20€.

The registration made outside the statutory period gives the organizer the right to apply a rate or 10€.

New bike and back plate implies a payment of 10€. The athlete is responsible for the timing chip which is installed on the

bike, with the confirmation, pledging to return it at the end of the race, in perfect condition. In case of no-return or damage of any kind, the athlete will assume full responsability for the facts, commiting to pay the amount of 100€.

5.5 Alocation of dorsal, and slabs

The dorsal and cards to be used are those of the Portuguese Cup in accordance with the Portuguese Cup Regulations.

5.6 Call for grid

In line of the article 4.2.061 the UCI Regulation and with the article 6.1 of Portuguese Cup Regulation:

1º According to the latest UCI Individual Ranking published XCO;

2º Athletes not classified under the UCI Ranking: According to the order of the individual general classification of the Cup of Portugal;

3º Athletes not classified in the Cup of Portugal: According to the order of registration.

Artigo 8 – Classificações, Prémios e Cerimónias Protocolares

8.1 Classificação individual da prova

Será efetuada uma classificação individual por categoria de acordo com o previsto no artigo 4.1. Os corredores dobrados abandonam o percurso quando por indicação dos Comissários à passagem pela linha de meta, na volta em que são dobrados pelo líder da sua categoria.

8.2 Prémios

Em cada prova serão atribuídos prémios monetários de acordo com as Obrigações Financeiras da UCI para as provas internacionais e da UVP-FPC para as provas nacionais (ver listagem de prémios).

8.3 Cerimónias protocolares

A cerimónia protocolar realiza-se após o final de cada corrida (Corrida 1, Corrida 2 e Corrida 3).

É obrigatória a presença dos 3 primeiros classificados de cada categoria.

A não presença por parte dos atletas e equipas contempladas na cerimónia protocolar, salvo situações devidamente justificadas pelos corredores ou pelos Diretores Desportivos e aceites pelo Presidente do Colégio de Comissários, implica perda dos pontos para a Taça, tanto individual como por equipas, além das sanções previstas no artigo 12.1.040-36.

Os atletas contemplados na cerimónia protocolar deverão obrigatoriamente envergar o equipamento de competição das suas equipas e usar sapatos de competição ou sapato desportivo tipo sapatilha (ténis). É proibido o uso de chinelos.

Apenas o vencedor de cada categoria poderá exibir a bicicleta vencedora, num espaço designado para o efeito próximo do pódio (numa da laterais).

Article 8 – Classifications, Prizes and Awards Ceremonies

8.1 Individual classifications

An individual classification will be issued for each category according to article 4.1. Lapped riders have to abandon the circuit on the finish line when indicated by a Commissaire.

8.2 Prizes

In each test will be awarded monetary prizes according to the obligations financial UCI, to the international test, and UVP-FPC to the national test (see the prize list)

8.3 Official ceremonies

The oficial ceremony takes place after the end of each race (race 1, race 2, race 3).

Is required the presence of the 3 winners of each category.

In the protocol ceremony all the athletes and their teams have to be present, unless duly justified in the corridors or their directors Sports and accepted by the President of the College of Commissioners, or imply loss of points for the Cup, both individually and as teams, in addition to penalties provided for in Article 12.1.010-36.

Athletes included in the official ceremony will be required to wear the equipment of competing teams and their competition wear shoes like sneakers or sports shoes (running shoes).

Only the winner of each category can view the winning bike in area designed for that purpose near the podium (on the sides).

Artigo 9 – Controlo Antidopagem

Os Regulamentos da UCI e da UVP-FPC aplicam-se integralmente a esta prova de acordo com a classe da prova.

The UCI antidoping regulations or UVP-FPC antidoping regulations are entirely applicable to the event, according to the category of each race.
