GTLK Europe DAC (GTLK Europe) was formed in Ireland in 2012 and is located in the centre ofDublin at our offices on Hume Street.
GTLK Europe enjoys the benefit of being a wholly owned subsidiary of the State TransportLeasing Company (STLC PJSC) which is rated Moody’s (BB) / Fitch (Ba2) / S&P (BB-), all withpositive outlooks.
STLC PJSC is Russia’s largest leasing company. The Russian Federation is the Company’s soleshareholder (represented by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation).
GTLK Europe, with over USD 1.8 billion worth of assets on its balance sheet, has a diverseportfolio of over 50 western built narrow and wide-body aircraft on lease to 12 lessees in 8countries worldwide.
GTLK Europe is continuing to grow it platform in Ireland with experienced professionalsperforming trading, remarketing, risk, legal, finance and asset management activities.
GTLK Europe, given its unique understanding of the market, works with a number of lessorsin accessing and working in Russia and neighbouring countries.
Additionally GTLK Europe is actively diversifying globally and looking to build a balancedportfolio in the mid-life market.
