• A large percentage of people seeking medical treatment are not aware of free and subsidized services being offered at any particular time and location.

• Due to insufficient dissemination of information on free medical services, citizens are charged for free.

• The government also faces the problem of knowing what services is needed most in a particular region in the country.

Solution

• A USSD Application that enables users query the free and subsidized services available in their area of location

• The user will receive an SMS of the available services.

• The Application also has a backend dashboard to track what different users query

• People Seeking Medical Treatment

• County Government

• The application will be extended to Agriculture and Education sector, therefore farmers and learners are also in the target market

Market Entry

• Social Media e.g. Facebook, twitter and YouTube

• Online digital Marketing e.g. websites.

Business Model

• Charge KES 5 for each SMS.

• Provide data to county government at a fee.
