Headed up by Phil Clarke, the Learning Delivery Team Manager for GRG with over 14 years of L&D

and wanted rather than being pushed on them5. Active not passive - interactive session through activity rather than being told6. A little piece of me – output through longevity so that people feel they were part of the

solution so transfer the learning from the room into the workplace and passive implementation

Used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines, Beth is meticulous in her work and prides herself on her attention to detail in order to get things right first time
