IPOSS Token Proces IPOSS Token proces jest zamierzeniem otwarcie się na rynek –

przeznaczony dla nowych klientów IPOSS

Token proces nie może być używany dla Renewals, Recasts, Special Bids, IP Office Branch, Contact Center Offer (aka Phoenix), lub kompleksowych instalacji Enterprise

Ten proces przebiega równolegle do innych aktualnie prowadzonych przez Avaya dla SME i będzie wprowadzany jako podstawowy w następnych miesiącach.

Przykłady i odpowiedzi na częste pytania znajdują się w FAQ….– A Token only covers a single customer location (sold to/function location). If

multiple sites, then multiple tokens should be requested.

– A distributor does not need to know the end-customer information/location in order to provide the Token; only hardware to be covered, service options and Partner billing information

– Registration of equipment is required before a Token can be redeemed; otherwise and error will be displayed
