IEEE Eastern NC SectionThe local IEEE organization is the Eastern North Carolina Section (ENCS) http://www.ewh.isss.org/r3/enc/. This encompasses the greater Raleigh area, east to the coast. There is a subsection organization for the Lower Cape Fear area. In the ENCS we have approximately 3000 members. This makes us the 2nd largest section in the South East United States.
