You need variety in your workout
Nature relies on difference
More of the same isn’t always better
Trying different things isn’t always easy
But failure is part of success
Think of yourself as a team
You don’t want a team of clones
It takes different skills to make a team
Seek out people who differ
Visit new places
Read things others don’t
Try things you haven’t done before
If you feel uncomfortable, you’re doing it right
