    Did You Get The Results You Expected?If Not - Go Back To The Basics

    Most people who excel in any field frequently go back to thebasics. They review and practice the basics to ensure that theyhave a solid foundation, and to keep on strenghtening it, perfectingit and expanding upon it.

    If you have not yet obtained theresults you are after, you definitelyneed to go back to the basics. Takea closer look at what are you doingand whats missing. Become awareof your strong points and of yourweak points. Where are you

    struggling? Where do you need toimprove? Where do you need help?

    Have you gone through all theexercises in these Grow Tallerbonus reports?

    Have you honed yourvisualization skills?

    Can you easily and effortlessly imagine your taller body?

    Can you easily and effortlessly experience the reality of having thetaller body you desire - as if your body is as tall as you desire it tobe already - in your imagination and in your feelings?

    Have you honed your ability to focus and concentrate?

    Can you hold onto the image and feeling of your taller body aslong as you desire it?

    Can you maintain the feeling of already having that taller body in

    any situation in your daily life?

    Do you understand why you can increase your body using thepower of your mind?

    enables you to create whatever you desire using the power of yourmind?

    Are you using the power of your mind to live your daily life as acreator of your experiences?

    Have you developed the ability to live from within the world ofyour imagination?

    Living from the world of your imagination means livingconsciously. It means living with awareness that you are creatingyour experience of reality with your thoughts and emotions.

    Just reading about it or accepting is as an idea is not enough.Countless people say that they believe that they can grow taller orthat they believe this or that, but your beliefs are based not only on

    the information that you read, but also on your experiences. Yourbeliefs are rooted in your feelings - in what you FEEL to be real foryou in your heart and in your guts - in what you are experiencing tobe real for you in your emotions and in your daily life.

    If you say that you believe that you can grow taller or that youcan accomplish certain things using the power of your mind, thenthose beliefs will be more solid if you have personal experiences toback up those beliefs.

    Every now and then I get emails from people who say that theybelived that they can grow taller or accomplish something else withtheir minds, but then they met someone who told them those thingsthat they believe are not possible or they read somewhere sayingthat such things are not possible. And now, those ex-believers saythat someone shook their belief. The thing is that they never hadthe belief in the first place. They only thought that it would be niceto accept certain ideas, but they had no personal proof of thevalidity of those ideas. For if what their beliefs were backed bytheir personal experiences, no one would be able to shake them.

    That is why its important to go back to the basics. And that iswhy it is important to do all those mind-training exercises. The onlyway youll have confidence in using the power of your mind and theonly way that youll truly believe that you can accomplish all kindsof things, including grow taller using the power of your mind will beby having all kinds of personal experiences that will prove to youwhat you can do.

    If you can make a list five pages long of all kinds of things thatyou have accomplished using the power of your mind, thansomeone else may tell you all he wants about such things beingimpossible but you will know that they are possible because youhave accomplished them yourself. You will also know that this

    those things may still seem impossible to that other person becausehe didnt have all the experiences that you had.

    So, take a piece of paper and write down all the things that youhave accomplished so far using the power of your mind. If you havedone all the exercises from these bonus reports you should have along list by now. If you havent, then go back and do the exercisesand write down your experiences.

    You can intend one outcome every morning. Take some time tofocus upon it and envision it as already being accomplished andthen simply pay attention to see how your day unfolds in relation toyour outcome. Write it down in your journal.

    As you keep on adding yourmind-power accomplishments toyour list, you will eventually havea long list that will boost yourconfidence in your ability tocreate anything using the power

    of your mind because all of thoseitems on the list will be yourproof that you can do it.

    There are all kinds of thingsthat you can accomplish in yourmind in every area of your life.Some you will find easier toaccomplish than others.

    The more things you create using the power of your mind, themore circumstances in your life you influence using the power ofyour mind, the better visceral understanding you will have of themechanics of creating anything using the power of your mind.

    It doesnt matter what you want to create using the power of yourmind, and whether its currently easy or challenging for you toaccomplish, everything you may ever desire to create follows exactly

    the universal principles and is accomplished in exactly the sameway. If you want to create something consciously and intentionallyusing the power of your mind, you experience yourself alreadyhaving it, and you let go and let it happen, knowing that whateveryou experience as real within your inner world, within the world of

    your imagination and your emotions will automatically manifest inyour outer reality sooner or later - provided you have cleared anyobstacles.

    When you keep doing something over and over, and you payattention to the results you are getting, you can then keep onrefining what youre doing, so that you can get better and fasterresults each time.

    When you were learning how to walk you stumled at first, you lostbalance at times, and sometimes you fell down. Then you got upand continued to hone your ability to develop the control over yourbody and get it to do exactly what you wanted it to do, until youwere able to stand, walk, jump and run.

    When you were learning how to talk you were first learning toproduce different sounds. You were noticing how when you placeyour mouth and tongue in different positions you were gettingdifferent results. Sometimes you were having lots of fun, sometimesyou were perhaps even frustrated if you wanted to communicate

    something to others, but couldnt manage at first. You keptexperimenting and honing your ability to talk until you were able toget the results you desired.

    It works the same way when you are learning how to use thepower of your mind to create anything you desire, including to growtaller.

    By now, you have either increased your height a couple of inchesor more, or you havent. If you have increased your height using the

    power of your mind, then you have a pretty good idea how to usethe power of your mind to grow taller, because you have alreadydone it. To keep growing all you need to do is keep repeating whatyouve been doing.

    Sometimes people get great results in the beginning, but thenthey get stuck. Its because they were doing it correctly in thebeginning, and then they have altered something.

    That something may be that they shifted from the beginnerstate of mind, from an open state of mind where they allow whatthey desire to happen, to a closed state of mind, where they are nolonger allowing the change to happen. Instead they are trying tocontrol the entire process and it doesnt work that way.

    Using the power of the mind has at least two distinct steps. Inthe first one you are immersing yourself in experiencing yourdesired outcome and in the second one you are letting go andallowing the change to happen.

    If you dont understand this distinction, then go back and readgrow taller bonus reports from the beginning until you are sure thatyou know clearly and distinctly how to immerse yourself inexperiencing your desired outcome and how to let go.

    Again, the more you practice using the power of your mind ondifferent goals, the faster will you grasp this distinction from yourpersonal experience. Youll know exactly how immersing yourself inyour desired outcome feels and how letting go feels.

    You can analyze and compare what you did differently when yougot results easily using the power of your mind and when youencountered a challenge and were getting nowhere fast.

    Then you can replicate the same process, the same strategy you

    used inwardly when you got results easily and practicallyeffortlessly and apply it to the situation which seemed morechallenging.

    You can also think of all the situation where you havespontaneously experienced those desired states easily andeffortlessly. Any ability you use to create results consciously andintentionally using the power of your mind, you have already used

    spontaneously and perhaps unconsciously all your life - but youmight not have paid attention and so you were not aware of whatyou were doing.

    Now you can go back and take a closer look at all different thingsthat you spontaneously manifested in your life, and notice what wasyou state of mind when you immersed yourself in those ideas, andwhat was your state of mind when you spontaneously let go.

    Maybe you can recall a time when you read a book or watched TVand the then you become aware that some experiences in your liferesemble what you read in a book or saw on TV.

    This will happen more readily if what you read or watched had anemotional impact upon you, or if you were exposed to the sameinformation over and over again. You program your subconsciousmind through the intensity of your emotional experience as well asthrough repetition. Thats why advertisements and commercials arerepeated over and over. The more frequently you are exposed to thesame information, the more such information becomes impressedupon your subconscious mind.

    Consider your general outlook on life and where do all kinds ofideas you hold in your mind come from. How much of thatinformation may originate from what your parents taught you, howmuch from what you learned in school, how much from your doctorand people you consider experts, how much from the books you

    read or movies you watched, and how much from your personalexperience?

    Consider how many of those ideas are useful to you, how many ofthem are helping you to live your life in a way that makes you feelfulfilled, how many of those ideas are giving you a sense ofconfidence in your ability that you can create the life you desire tolive, that you have the power to grow your body taller using thepower of your mind, and how many of those ideas you adopted fromothers, based on their opinions or experience, may be a hindrance

    to what you desire to experience in your life.

    Consider what ideas and beliefs would it be useful for you tochange in order that you can grow taller faster and whatexperiments can you do in order for you to create a supportingevidence for those beliefs from your personal experience.
