Introduction

World Opttix founded by Mr. Nilesh S. Boricha is in the Eye Care Optical Segment since

1997.

Mr. Nilesh S. Boricha further enhanced the brand and expanded this business into various

Retail Chain Business Models (Showrooms/Kiosks/Franchisee/Joint Venture, etc.)

World Opttix has also recently entered into new venture retailing of watches, which has been

well received and has a lot of potential in the near future.

About us

Two decades ago, when Navi Mumbai was still in its infancy, there were no Qualified

Opticians / Optical care in the said area. Seeing the opportunity prevalent, we started

by launching our first shop at Panvel in 1997 to provide our excellent varieties of

branded – non branded frames, sunglasses, etc. coupled with quality service, expanding

to after sales service. Customers were happy and satisfied with us and they did not have

to travel to Mumbai anymore.

After tasting success at our Panvel showroom, we thought of further expanding our

Retail Presence in Navi Mumbai to provide our services and other facilities. Our

confidence grew when customers from Kharghar, Juhinagar, Nerul etc. requested us to

open outlets in their areas and that was also required for the growth of World Opttix.

As a Company, today World Opttix has a total Retail Presence in 14 Showrooms & 12

Kiosks, covering Navi Mumbai / Raigad / Mumbai & Thane District.

Corporate

With the stupendous growth achieved in the 2 decades, we graduated from a Mom &

Pop shop to a buzzing and growing Corporate.

To supplement the growth we needed a good team and a corporate office backed by an

efficient backend system.

We have a robust back end system covering right from procurement to cash and a team

of Young & Energetic Professionals helping and supplementing the Promoter in the

Growth.

This business is better than other business with safe investment and we guarantee to

provide details of each of your rupee with accurate policies and upgraded system.

Departments

Our Corporate team has already been set up considering the growth to happen in the future. A

further detailing of the same is as under:

1. Customer Order Processing (Company) – Handles entire cycle from receipt of order

from the respective retail outlet / processing the same & keeping it ready for delivery

within the agreed period.

CCTV cameras are installed at all the operating Retail Outlets. The same is monitored

from the Corporate Office for ensuring optimum operating efficiency. The Corporate

Office does further proper allocation of Human resource at each of the outlets.

2. Procurement (Purchase) - Centralized Corporate Department is responsible for

procurement of frames, lens, sunglasses, contact lenses etc. With the latest trend in the

market also keeping in mind the highest quality standards at the most reasonable price

so that we can pass on the best to our consumers.

3. Accounts – provides monthly, yearly reports of sales, profit and loss, cash flow, balance

sheet, payroll processing etc.

4. Area officers – Provides training, handles complaints, maintains relationships, does

marketing etc. for the growth of business.

5. Frame – Maintains the stock in warehouse as well as in the shops. Fulfil the product

requirements and does research on latest market trend. Works closely with the

Procurement Department.

6. Glass – manufactures Rx glass and maintains stock of all powers of glasses. Works

closely with the Procurement Department. We also supply lenses to other retailers.

7. Fitting –frame fitting, solves alignment problem & other problems with automatic

machinery on time.

8. Delivery – we offer home delivery service to our consumers so that we can provide and

serve them with ease and convenience, shop delivery and company delivery.

Refundable)

Option 2: Rs. Five lakhs where the business is run by the Franchisor or the Franchisee

Eye Camp- to provide the benefit to those in need and marketing

Area Officer Team- outside and inside marketing, promotion and training ,follow-up

(pending cover, customer complain, shop beautification, etc)

Back Office Team– entire order processing handling, social marketing (facebook, just

dial, twitter, website, etc.)

Frame Department- computerised stock management with barcode and checking of

stock in shop, researching on the latest market trends.

Account Department: provides monthly, yearly reports of sales and profit and loss.

Franchisee rules:

World Opttix is the First Party and Second Party will be the one who takes the franchisee

business.

First party and second party will have agreement between them and whatever terms

and conditions agreed will have to be followed by second party.

If the second party decides to run the business, responsibility will be of second party,

otherwise company’s responsibility.

If the second party decides to run the business then he will play the role of the

manager for first party. and will have to follow the managers rules

Loss, damage of the goods and all other materials, etc. in shop will be responsibility

of shop manager.(whoever will run the business)

First party can only hire sales person and first party will give salary. Second party

cannot provide any type of help nor can he hire anyone else as sales person.

second party cannot allow family , friend, or anybody else to run the shop or open

new business in optical field,

Uniform interior will be applicable

Unexpected natural hazards, or boggling or others takes place, both parties cannot

blame each other. Responsibility will be second party. Otherwise second party can

buy the insurance.

if the second party breaks any terms and conditions of franchisee then the first party

has rights to not refund the security deposit and it will be forfeited.

The first party has rights to take back the franchisee anytime by giving two months

prior notice.

Marketing and advertising expense will be shared and will have to follow the

schemes.

Second party cannot run own scheme but can give suggestion to the company about

the scheme.

Any product cannot be bought and any decision cannot be taken without first party’s

permission.

During solving the customer problem if any expense occur the charges will be

applicable to the second party.

It will be second parties’ responsibility for any government legal issues. first party

will not be responsible, but first party can help.

GST and legal licence are compulsory.

First party can add, delete or edit any rules without prior notice and will have to be

followed by second party compulsory.

Minimum lock in period 5 years.

Daily cash collection will be submitted to world opttix head office, profit distribution

to the franchisee will be given between latest by the 10th of the succeeding month.
