OnceataPropertylevel,youcanaccessthevariousG6ROWRateAdministrationfunctionsusingthenavigationmenuontheleftsideofthescreen.NavigatingthroughthedifferentcomponentsofG6ROWRateAdministrationissimpleandexamplesareprovidedinthisuserguide.Mostfunctionsareavailableonbothadesktopcomputer,aswellasmobiledevices.However,somefunctionsarevisiblesolelyondeviceswithlargerscreens.Asanexample,openingordownloadinglargeviewsorreportsforselectdatamaybeaccessibleonlyonadesktoportabletversusamobilesmartphone.
Inthisuserguide,visualaids(i.e.,thepictures)willprimarilyshowdesktoporlaptopscreenssoastodisplaythefullsystemnavigationanduseroptions.Onmobiledevices,insomecasesitmaybenecessarytoselectthe“Hamburger”icon( )atthetopofyourscreendisplaytoshowthenavigationmenu.
SelectingLogoutwillcloseoutyourG6ROWsessionbutyouwillremainauthenticatedtore-enterfora24-hourperiod.After24hours,networkloginthroughOKTAwillberequiredagain.

TheBARpricepointistheratevalueforthedefaultroomtypemasterforonepersonforthepropertyataparticulartimeorforaparticulardate.
Defaultroomtypemaster Theleadingroomtypemasteridentifiedforyourproperty.ThissetupisperformedinHMSandreflectedinG6ROW.UpchargesareassignedtotheDefaultroomtypemastertocalculatetheprice(s)forallotherroomtypemasters.

UpchargesUpchargeisthedollaramountthatiscombinedwiththeBARpricepointtocalculatethetwotypesofpricesbelow:
• RoomTypeMasterUpcharge:Thedollaramount(s)addedorsubtractedfromtheBARpricingpointtopriceallotherroomtypemasters.Asanexample:ifthedefaultroomtypemasterisataBARpricepointof$79.99,thenyoumightadd$10tonon-defaultroomtypemastertopricethatroomat$89.99.
• PerPersonUpcharge:Thedollaramount(s)added(cannotbeanegativenumber)totheratevalueofeachroomtypemastertoprice2nd,3rdor4thoccupantsinaroom.
Note:Althoughsomeroomtypesunderamasterwillnotaccommodate4people,G6ROWallowsyoutoenteravalueforupto4people.However,thesystemknowsthatupchargesapplyonlytothemaximumoccupancydefinedforeachroomtypeunderthemasterassetupinHMS.
Theapplicationutilizestheconceptof“defaults”inseveralinstancesinthedesign.Adefaultgenerallymeansthesystemwillassumethevalueyouhavesetupatthepropertylevelunlessyouoverridetheamount.Youhavetheabilitytoassigndefaultsforextrapersonupchargesandroomtypeupcharges.
