• Contract templates are based on mail merge MS
Word documents.
Contract Templates
• You can Add/Edit the documents from Group
Sales Set up or from Letter Template Library
within Marketing and Communications

• You can Add documents through the Add link
• The only required field is Name
• Use Description to explain functionality
• Letter Type is Group Sales Contract
• Choose File will upload your document

• To set up the merge access the header file
• Select Group Sales Contract
• The browser will download the file

• Contract setting has to be “Required” to create a contract document
• If not set, Use “Edit” to set this requirement status
• “Create Contract” will set up and download the document.

• On the reservation page you will now see the contract file displayed as a link
• Also displayed through Documentation

• Price List is a configuration tool to help quickly set up programs with same pricing
• Also useful to update pricing on multiple programs at one time
• Add/Manage from Group Sales Setup or from Tickets page under Pricing
Price Lists
• Click on Add to display the options for creating a Price List
• You can set up the Price Types and their costs
• You can also connect this Price List to a Program
• Connecting to a program can also be completed later
• Connecting to a program will also change future program events pricing or ticket sales – not historical
• Deleting a Price List just deletes the list not prices

• This process is automatic
• It adds the resources to the reservation
• It automatically adds to the first itinerary and
cannot be deleted (but can be edited)

Daily Capacity
• Charge a flat amount based on the size of the
group
• Add/Manage through Group Sales Setup
Flat Rate Pricing
• The flat rate has to have a default application to the program connected to the reservation
• We cannot add discounts to a flat rate
• Additional per ticket pricing is pulled from the ticket cost for the reservation program event
• Altru automatically adjusts so the higher cost price types are included in the flat rate, when moving into per ticket pricing after the maximum flat rate attendance number has been reached

reservation
• We can also edit an existing reservation to
connect to a Flat Rate

• Load a Track from the Itinerary page of
reservation
• Scheduled events can be set up through Itinerary
