Leadership Development Programs (MLEAD) : An initiative to develop the talent pipeline by empowering UNO MINDA group employees with potential inputs, competency development and planned exposure necessary to shape them to support the future growth of the group. Career Development Programs(CDP’s) : A conscious effort for development of key talent based on their performance and potential to grow. Women on the Shop floor : A veteran at these practices, UNO MINDA has around 70% women on shop floor in some of its units. Emphasis on Innovation and Creativity : Focus is majorly on constantly creating a competitive edge through creativity, innovation and new ideas. HR Audits : Regular HR Audits are conducted across Units to ensure the implementation of the Group HR Policies in an effective way . Inspiring Growth “Trainees can be Managers” : Trainees who are presumed to be untrained and unequipped are trained and motivated in a way so that with passage of time they become Managers and even grow upto Leader’s Position.
