• Shri Pradeep Amrutlal Runwal

• Managing Director

• Born on 22nd April 1960, Mr. Pradeep Runwal, an academically

brilliant student has received the President's award in the tenth

standard for being amongst the first hundred students in the

country. He went on to receive a gold medal in mechanical

engineering.

• Founder of the Amrut Runwal Group, he started his own

company in Pune 25 years ago, Starting from a humble

beginning of one project the company has scaled enviable

heights in the construction industry of pune today. Parental

support, organizational set up, orchestrated teamwork along

with the analytical, scientific, professional and creative

approaches have actualized the success of the organization.

• Mr. Pradeep Runwal held the key position of Jt. Hon. Secretary

of Promoters & Builders Association of Pune.

• The group is professionally run having high moral forgrowth and diversification with the changing pace.

… TOWNSHIP & HOSPITALITY PROJECTS • The group has planned to execute a township project which is demand

of present urban society.• These townships would have 50 % greenery and this 50% greenery

would be covered by golf-course or golf-putting theme parks,swimming pools, international standard club house etc., each townshipwill further have a hotel, mall, multiplex, a school, hospital to make itself-sufficient township.

• The group is today engaging international architects like SAASingapore, CPG Singapore, Site Concepts Singapore, for its projects.The detailing is done by the Indian architects in all township projects.The landscaping is given the prominent importance.

• Shewalwadi

• The Company is presently planning for 300 Acres atShewalewadi, Pune. This is proposed to be a ‘A’ ClassResidential township project comprising of apartments, rowhouses, bungalows, town houses, IT hub and having allamenities like Shopping Malls, Multiplex, Hotels, restaurantsetc. The total area of construction is around 4.50 millionSq.fts.
