Internal Vs External Communication

Internal communication involves the communication that exists within a company and can take many forms. Key to the success of an organization is communication from within.

External communication covers how a provider interacts with those outside their own organization. This may be with the public, employers, community organizations, other training providers.

Transactional analysis

Transactional analysis is a method that helps two persons communicate and behave on the job in a mature manner by understanding each other’s motives

It can help the leader answer questions such as “why am I saying and what am I saying to this subordinate?” and “Why is he saying and what is he saying to me?”

Ego StatesThe Ego state model say that we can understand our inside world as consisting of three different areas which areParent, adult, child.

1.Parent:We all have parental models in our heads that cause us to act ,speak , think and gesture as the parental figures in our childhood did.

2.child:We all have had unique experiences of different events which are the results of our reaction from the basis for our child ego states.

3.Adult:The adult ego state help us deal objectively with reality , minimize regrettable actions and increase a persons potential for success .

Communication is not always flawless and sometimes tends to become ineffective because of some human and technical barriers. These barriers may be classified into four categories.
