OVERVIEW

Dynamic Workflow System is based on concept of Green IT i.e. minimum use or no use of paper

Many deals, request, approvals etc are done on papers

Dynamic Workflow System is web based portal which will automate the process of request approval

User can know the status of his request Avoids mismanagement, delay in approval,

mistakes and errors

CURRENT SCENARIO

In most of the organization many request, approvals are done through Paper work

This all involves lot of mistakes, mismanagement and longer duration for approval

There is no Transparency in the request approval procedure

If the requested application got lost, user has to again fill up the application

No way to know the status of his request or with whom its pending

Lot of paper wastage which directly or indirectly effects the environment

PROPOSED SOLUTION Transferring the entire structure to digital world Dynamic Workflow System will be web based

system where a user can send his application request online

No use of paper Dynamic Workflow can be implemented in any

Organization, School, College etc In this the user request will be passed through

certain levels of approval The user can at any point of time can track the

status of his request and with whom its pending

The user will also come to know the reason for the rejection of his request if any

User will also get an SMS on his mobile whenever a request is sent from one level to other, approved or rejected

This will keep user updated about the status of his request

Dynamic Workflow System will be developed in ASP.NET

.NET is a platform developed by Microsoft .NET is language independent platform. It

supports many languages like VB, C#, J# and VC++ and many other languages

ASP.NET is a web application framework developed and marketed by Microsoft to allow programmers to build dynamic web sites, web applications and web services.

ASP.NET is built on the Common Language Runtime (CLR), allowing programmers to write ASP.NET code using any supported .NET language (VB, C#, J#...)

The current Dynamic Workflow System does not support customization. There will be pre-defined inbuilt module.

The enhancement to this will be the customization wherein Administrator can add different modules depending on the needs of an organization
