SITE INTRODUCTION
For this project, we need to select a specific empty land which is between

out with proposals and plans of our construction project base on 1 or 2 combination of
purpose such as recreational area, commercial area, industrial area, agricultural area,
tourism area and residential area.
For the site we have selected, it is located at Persiaran Damai Utama 2, Taman

undeveloped land. The site is located at the residential area at Puchong and it is
potential to be developed.
There are residential areas like Kinrara Residence and PUJ residential. There
are shoplots and restaurants around the site and there is an abandoned lake at the
North of the proposed site. There are bus stops near the proposed area for the
residents and there is a forest at the west of the proposed site.

Weakness and Strength of proposed site
1.The TNB sub power station is a constraint
to the site as it will emit radioactive that will
affect the humans’ health. The TNB sub
power station is a disturbing view to the
landscape of the site too.
2.The drainage system around the selected site is also a
constraint to the site as the unpleasant odour that is produced
by the drain water will affect the residents’ health. Other than
that, it also affect the visual landscape of the site.
3.The crossroad near the site is
one of the strength as it increase
the population and cars to go to
the selected site.
