There is only one king in a group we can call him a leader of the group, and the main purpose of the leader is to give full support to his team members. There should be a leadership quality in a leader.

Worker bees do all the different tasks needed to maintain and operate the group. They always gather the important information.

A drone's eyes are noticeably bigger than those of the other members of the group. Drone members always support the king in all the group activities.
