QUOTE: Most itineraries can be quoted and the price secured up to 11 months in advance for groups of 10 or more DEPOSIT (typically $100/seat international, $50/seat domestic): Your security-deposit holds a set number of seats at a set price (no names required) and is usually due a week and a half after receiving the quote UTILIZATION (typically 3 mo. before departure) : The “Utilization Date” is the last chance to reduce or cancel your number of seats at no penalty to the deposit. TICKETING (typically 45 days before departure) : The “Ticketing Date” is when each passenger’s passport name and full payment is due. GO!: The day has come and you are off!
