The upcoming edition of this high-profile beach ultimate frisbee event weekend will attract more than 1,000 participants, volunteers and spectators between the ages of 21 and 41, an average age of 28 and 40% female. We feature two evening activities, sponsorship village of promotional booths, medical treatment professionals, and a blue-chip list of national & regional sponsor partners that has included Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch, MillerCoors, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Whole Foods, Potbelly Sandwich Works and more. Our event also focuses on philanthropy with an extended relationship with Chicago-based Imerman Angels to raise awareness and funds for their efforts providing mentorship for cancer fighters, survivors and caregivers. They service the entire country with more information available at www.imermanangels.org. The core event activities are targeted for the second weekend of JULY 2019 at Montrose Beach in downtown Chicago a few miles north of Michigan Avenue. On the Saturday night, we host a HUGE Tournament Party that may even expand to TWO neighboring venues with drinks, music and games with partners invited, too! Based on our success, we have earned an increasing amount of past media exposure on-line, in-print and targeted promotions inside our partners’ facilities at Potbelly’s, Fitness Formula Clubs and NovaCare Rehabilitation Centers. Promotional samples in the appendix of this document include past coverage in Sports Illustrated, Yelp.com, Kiss 103.5, Time Out Chicago, RedEye and The Onion among others. Event surveys show that more than 97% of our event attendees are engaged with social media AT LEAST ONCE, 70% multiple times in a day with Facebook as primary source for 60%. Event surveys also have shown that participants are 26% MORE LIKELY (as high as 45%) to support our sponsoring partners immediately after the event. A 100-day post-event survey showed a 15% INCREASE (as high as 36%) in actual purchase/consumption of sponsoring partners’ products and services. • UPGRADE #1 - Official Event Keepsake Item ($1,000). Each summer, we provide a co-branded keepsake item to our attendees to remember our event and display in Chicago and other cities for years to come. Past items have included beach towels, sunglasses & drink koozies, dry-erase boards, draw-string backpacks, Igloo cooler lunch bags, and Nalgene water bottles. Feedback and ideas are welcome!

• UPGRADE #2 – Charging Lounge ($1,500). A new option after a successful test last summer, this would be an accompaniment to your own tent activation with bordering charging lounge that will help drive even more traffic towards your brand ambassadors with options for branding and personalization.

The PRESENTING Event Sponsorship level starts with financial support of $6,500 that includes the

following AND all the benefits of Premier and General level support:

Chicago’s Most Popular Beach Ultimate Frisbee Event Who: Ultimate Chicago Sandblast What: Co-ed beach ultimate Frisbee tournament going into its eighth year bringing together

participants from across the United States and the globe to enjoy this ultimate Frisbee experience. Our experience brings participants together for athletic exhibitions, entertainment by performers and demonstrations by food purveyors and craftspeople.

Where: Montrose Beach, one of the largest beaches in Chicago, located East of Lake Shore Drive and

North of Irving Park Road When: Friday – Welcome Activity, 5 PM to 10 PM

Saturday – Tournament Action Begins, 8 am to 5:30 pm Saturday – Tournament Party Begins, 7 pm to midnight Sunday – Tournament Action Resumes, 8 am to 3 pm Sunday – Tournament Championship, 3 pm to 5 pm

Tickets: There is no charge for anyone to attend the event as a spectator. The teams pay a group

registration fee that includes participation, food and drinks on the beach, beverages at the party, player pack with official keepsake item.

Benefits: We are proud to support Imerman Angels as our charitable beneficiary that provides

personalized connections that enable 1-on-1 support among cancer fighters, survivors and caregivers.

Imerman Angels carefully matches and individually pairs a person touched by cancer (a cancer fighter or survivor) with someone who has fought and survived the same type of cancer (a Mentor Angel). Cancer

caregivers (spouses, parents, children and other family and friends of fighters) also receive 1-on-1 connections with other caregivers and survivors.

These 1-on-1 relationships inspire hope and offer the chance to ask personal questions and receive support from someone who is uniquely familiar with the experience. The service is absolutely free and helps anyone

touched by any type of cancer, at any cancer stage level, at any age, living anywhere in the world.
