Designed after decades of cultivation experience for production,

efficiency and work flow.

Built for longevity, effectiveness and reliability. With a 3:1 ratio of Flowering to Veg, a central work and equipment corridor, mechanical and passive cooling and ventilation, screened entry vestibules for plant health security and over 80% reduction in concrete costs during construction when compared to other leading companies, the LP takes the guess work out of greenhouse design and only provides solutions to your continued success.

• The 80% reduction in concrete costs during construction is due to only putting concrete in the footings and central corridor instead of needing to float a slab for the entire structure.

• The LP is known for its value in high volume production facilities and high wind/snow loads.• When combined with optional ground cover, rolling benches, bench heat, supplemental lighting,

and dehumidification the LP is the ideal structure for year-round production and for covering large areas under a continuous roof.

• The entire structure can be designed for flowering only placing the veg stage of your plants in another structure.

• The LP has 12’ on center columns and truss spacing which emits more light and gives more freedom of movement.

• The standard Eave height is 14’.• Optional eave heights (10’ and 12’) may be available upon request, though may require custom

engineering.• The LP utilizes passive cooling technology through its use of side wall and double ridge vents.• This structure comes with a 6:12 pitched roof.• The LP specializes in condensation control through the structure’s unique condensate

controlling purlins, air circulation, efficiency for low winter sunlight, and shedding snow to decrease snow loads.

The LP provides the highest vertical cultivation space and is capable of being gutter connected to meet acreage size dimensions. The structure is built to last with 4” square sidewall columns and knee braces to provide ample wind and snow loads. The LP vegetative space can be glazed with sheet metal and insulated for use as an office or warehouse space instead of using it as a vegetative area while still being connected to your growing environment, creating a more fluid and secure work environment.

THE BREATHABLE WALL ™

Air Flow WithNO Light Penetration

exhaust fans or installed as a knee wall for manual greenhouse blackout designs

Tested at less than 15% air restriction,The Breathable Wall is the perfect addition when airflow and no light is required.

When used in a greenhouse in conjunction with a fan, the Breathable Wall will eliminate heat and humidity while blackout tarps are closed. Utilize the Breathable Wall in an indoor grow room to replace light deadening ducting that also decrease airflow. When used indoors the Breathable Wall can be used to separate rooms into different photoperiods without the need for individual ventilation systems. Simply install the Breathable Wall in one room on your exhaust fan, separate the rooms with another unit of the Breathable Wall and put one on your intake vent. The

exhaust fan will pull the air from one room into the other, reducing the amount of equipment and controllers needed to run multiple rooms. Its rigid flush mount

frame makes for easy installation while its available adaptor plate allows for a quick connection to smell cleansing filters.

Radiant heating is the most efficient Product to heat your plants. Once the root zone drops down below 60 degrees F, a significant loss in plant production and

growth will be noticed. Through our closed loop heating system, first the root zone is heated, then the heat naturally rises up passively through the plants canopy, meeting the majority of your structure’s needs. Our engineered radiant systems are available on the ground for putting plant containers right on top of, bench systems, below grade applications, and can be installed in the bottom area of

raised beds.

Optimal Consistent Climate ConditionsDryGair efficiently controls the climate inside your greenhouse. The air distribution concept creates uniformity and homogeneous conditions throughout the greenhouse. Creating the uniform conditions that are essential to a commercial grower.

Energy Savings The traditional method for controlling humidity is opening and ventilating the greenhouse. DryGair concept enables the grower to keep the greenhouse closed and to avoid inserting external air during cold hours. The energy invested to dehumidify the air in the greenhouse is converted into heat that can contribute to a temperature increase of up to14°F. DryGair's return on investment from energy savings is only 2-4 years (depending on the type of crop, type of greenhouse, and the method of operation).

What to expect, when you’re expecting...Planning and design can make or break your greenhouse project.Many people know exactly what they are designing for themselves, but when faced with the task of scaling up and/or changing environments, we find that even the most seasoned growers are not always certain of how to go about things.

It is crucial to know that your greenhouse supplier can sit down with you and discuss your scope of project, so that they can assist with creating your custom design and workflow for your structure’s specific needs.

Greenhouse models come in either code or non-code designs.Code structures can be engineered to satisfy your local building requirements when applying for a building permit. The engineering process can typically take about 4-6 weeks and when complete will provide a ‘wet-stamped’ plan with calculations to bring to your permitting office for approval.

Check with your local office beforehand to see what is necessary to comply with building regulations. FFG non-code structures, though still NGMA design approved, cannot be engineered for a building permit. FFG Cold Frames are the only model we offer that falls into the non-code category.

Manufacturing times can vary anywhere from 2-10 weeks depending on themodel and size of the structure. Forever Flowering ships worldwide.

Make sure when hiring an installer that they are knowledgeable about buildinggreenhouses as they are quite different than building wooden structures.Forever Flowering offers a list of independently operated preferred installers, to help make this decision a little less daunting. Site preparation should be complete well in advance of receiving the greenhouse and inventory should be completed by a qualified builder within 72 hours of receipt.

Greenhouses consist of hundreds of parts and given proper notification, missing ordamaged parts can be replaced before they are needed, reducing any lost time and costs associated with the building process.
