Narrative: spoke with RP who states that he is in main custody of his male friends vehicle. RP states that he lent the vehicle to the involved female and the vehicle was supposed to have been returned to him by 11am on Saturday. RP states that he has been unsuccessful in attempts to contact the female. RP states that he has already been in contact with Orange PD where the female resides to see if they could find the vehicle before he reports it stolen. Officers advised the RP that the registered owner would have to come to the Greenfield Police Station to fill out a stolen MV report as soon as he could. RP states that the RO would be able to come to the station at approximately 10am today (Monday) to fill out the paperwork. 151 spoke to Orange PD who state that they were unable to locate the vehicle at the female's residence and that the female has a suspended license as well as +WMSx1.

Narrative: 131 reports getting information that this is possibly a Domestic. Male and female are in the vehicle in the New England Natural Bakers Parking lot again.

Narrative: Unable to locate the vehicle in the lot. 133 spoke with staff at the buisness and they don't believe this involved anyone from their staff. Checked surrounding area for the vehicle, unable to locate.

Narrative: Vehicle GOA. Spoke with several parties inside the front office of the business who stated that they saw the vehicle but did not see anyone get in or out of it. Further stated that it is common for vehicles who do not have any business with them to pull into their lot for unknown reasons. Area search negative for vehicle. Advised dispatch to call Leyden PD to go to RO's home for a welfare check.

Narrative: Spoke with the RP who states that her landlord broke into her apartment. In speaking with the RP she did not witness the landlord go into her apartment, her sister witnessed the action. RP advised that she is being evicted from the apartment but has until March 31 to clear out. RP states she called the landlord, who thought they had moved out. Spoke with witness who saw the landlord go into her sisters apartment and exit approx. ten minutes later. Witness states landlord did not appear to remove anything from the apartment. Attempting to follow up with the landlord.

Narrative: Spoke with landlord who said he was informed by another tenant that they could hear water running in the first floor apartment. Landlord admitted to entering the apartment and left a few minutes later. Landlord said he heard from people the tenants had moved out. I reminded him that the tenants have until March 31 per housing court to clear out.

Narrative: RP advised once again that someone tried to enter his apartment in that he was sleeping all day and woke up to find that his dead bolt (key only used to unlock)and handle lock were open but the bandits were unable to make entry because he has a padlock on the interior and exterior of the door. I advised that he has reported this type of activity many times in the past. No entry made, do not believe the incident occurred. RP appears to have mental health issues, undiagnosed. See several call history over the past two years.

Narrative: RP reported that someone was actively attempting to break into his second story apartment via the window while I was walking up to his building. No such activity observed at the window the RP later insisted was attempted to be opened. Appears that mental health issues are present.

BOTH PARENTS STATED THAT THEY DID NOT GO TO COURT TODAY AND KNOWINGLY ALLOWED THE EXISTING COURT ORDER TO BE DISMISSED. BOTH WERE ADVISED TO REVISIT COURT AND REESTABLISH A NEW COURT ORDER.
