Walk in would like to speak with an officer with regards to a roommate problem.

Narrative: The Rp was asking advice about evicting his roommate. He stated they had been living together for a few months. The Rp stated this morning he turned off the heat and all the electricity to the home in hope the roommate would leave. He also stated that he was going to throw all of his roommate's

belongings into the street if he wasn't gone by noon today. I advised him about some of the consequences in regards to damaging his roommate's property. The Rp became very belligerent and began to yell obscenities expressing his displeasure with his situation. The Rp then stated that he was no longer going to speak with me and come back at a later date to speak with someone with "more experience and higher rank". I advised him he was welcome to do that and also follow up with the Sheriff's Department.I advised Sgt. Rode about the male party's behavior and his aggression.

indicated to avoid conflict he is not going back but had to leave all his clothing until he finds storage or another place. RP is concerned Herbert will discard/destroy his clothing. RP also reported Herbert has been acting strange lately and may be off his prescribed medications.

Narrative: I attempted to contact Herbert by telephone number given, male party advised me wrong number. I will be going to address with another officer in attempt to speak with Herbert.

Narrative: Walk in reports he received a prescription from his doctor on January 19th and he now can not find it. He suspects it fell out of the pocket of his jacket after he left the doctor's office which is located in the Wilson's block on Main Street.

Party indicates contacted Rite Aid (his ) and his doctors office and they requested he report the loss to the police department and obtain a police report number.

Rite Aid will be taking steps to ensure the finder is not able to obtain medication using the script.

Walk in has no reason to believe the script was stolen.
