Clubs And Organizations Provide Outlets For Many Interests

Numerous clubs and civic organizations are active. Most are included in the Guidebook list.

The individual listed with each club is not necessarily the president or other offi-cer, but is a contact person.

Although every effort has been made to list all local organizations, it is still pos-sible that some groups have been omitted inadvertently.

If you are a member of an organization that is not listed here, please contact The Greeneville Sun to be included in next year’s Guidebook.

US Nitrogen: A proud corporate citizen of Greene County!

US Nitrogen’s plant is coming out of the ground as the foundations are laid and construction continues. Much has happened since our February groundbreaking. A significant amount of this work is being done by local contractors, and we look forward to hiring more local workers as the project gets closer to completion in the next 12 to 18 months.

This plant represents the largest capital investment in Greene County history, and we appreciate the warm welcome citizens have given us here.

Here are some facts and figures concerning the jobs the US Nitrogen plant will create:

80 full-time jobs with a total annual payroll of$4 million

250 construction jobs over the course of the project

Interested in a Job or Doing Business With the US Nitrogen Plant? If you would like to apply for a job, please watch our website at www.usnitrogen.com for postings.
