The goal is to create a healthy environment, conserve energy and reduce pollution. Greening the office does not mean spending a lot of money or eliminating creature comforts in the name of sustainable living. Greening the office requires conscious choices, choosing reusable over disposable, and conservation over immediate convenience. This poster means that the workplace is yet another venue where green initiatives can help save the planet when we hold on together. We can create an atmosphere of green office in our working environment by using triple “R”: reduce, reuse, and recycle. The first step to reducing our impact on the environment is reducing the amounts of resources we consume and use. By reducing our consumption we will also decrease the amount of waste we produce. For example, use e-mail to minimize paper use. Second, the ways in which to reuse things are unlimited. All we need is to be creative. For example, plastic contains can become food storage, paper can become wrapping paper. Third, when buying any type of products, see if it is available with post consumer recycled content. GREEN OFFICE POSTER PRESENTATIONCV CLASS LIA

Presenters: Erik and PutriGreen offices are designed to be energy efficient and often incorporate recycled content. We can create an atmosphere of green office in our working environment by using triple R: reduce, reuse, and recycle. The first step to reducing our impact on the environment is reducing the amounts of resources we consume and use. By reducing our consumption we will also decrease the amount of waste we produce. For example, use e-mail to minimize paper use.Second, the ways in which to reuse things are unlimited. All we need is to be creative. For example, plastic contains can become food storage, paper can become wrapping paper.Third, when buying any type of products, see if it is available with post consumer recycled content. Example: bags can be used over and over again.Concrete steps that we can do to create a green office in our working environment is to plant a tree, so our working environment can be clean, healthy, and green. In lias building we can take advantage of the roof to plant trees and other crops. We could use scrap materials such as container cup for stationery. Put the plants in the classroom. Keep clean the air for good ventilation and etc.

These simple habits save energy, resources, and the environment (according to the symbols respectively):1. Walk, bicycle, take a bus, train, or the subway when possible.2. Turn off computers and monitors when not in use and unplug the power at night.3. Save energy by turning off the light when you leave the room.4. Save paper by e-mailing and storing information online rather than faxing.5. Use a ceramic coffee mug rather than disposable paper pr polystrene cups.6. Use washable plates, silverware, and glasses rather than disposable ones.7. Recycle paper, junk mail, cardboard, glass, cans, and plastic containers.8. Replace your light bulbs with energy saving compact fluorescent bulbs.9. Save, reuse, and recycle cardboard boxes, packing, and shipping supplies. This poster was made by using scrap materials like eggshell, cotton, sterofom, waste paper, and other stick to show that to create a green office is not difficult and does not require costly. We must save our earth for our future. In conclusion, thinking green means being aware of our interconnectedness with the world and reflecting on the unintended damage we can cause in the daily course of our lives. Thinking green leads to acting green-taking.
