What is a Green Dot Prepaid Card?-It is a great alternative to using a credit card because you decide how much money you want to add to your card for purchases. -It has some features that are similar to a checking account: You can direct deposit your payroll or benefits check and use it to pay bills.

-There are no overdraft fees. Other fees apply-see our fee schedule for information.

- The card has a MasterCard or Visa logo so you can use a Green Dot Prepaid Card like a regular debit card.
