� We reserve the right to withdraw an excursion due to lack ofsupport. This rarely happens and cancellation would not usuallybe made later than one week before departure. In such casesyour fare would be refunded in full and this would be the limitof our liability.

� All special offers are subject to the firm’s rules and conditions thatare currently in force and all day excursions are operated subject toour standard terms and conditions of carriage, a copy of which isavailable from our office.We must reserve the right to pass on anyincreases in costs that are outside our control, e.g., VAT.

� It is always our intention to operate an excursion in accordancewith the published itinerary but we must reserve the right tocancel or amend any excursion, should circumstances make thisnecessary, either prior to or during an outing. We cannot acceptliability for changes made necessary by events or actions bypersons beyond our control.

� All arrangements made for meals, visits, theatre, etc., and for theuse of road vehicles, trains, or any other means of conveyanceoperated by persons or bodies other than ourselves, are madeby us as agents for and on behalf of our passengers and on theexpress conditions that we will not be responsible for any loss,damage, injury, delays or inconvenience caused to or sustainedby passengers other than by the negligence of the Firm and itsemployees who are under the direct control of the Firm. Anyterms and conditions imposed by such other contractors throughthe Firm shall be binding on the passengers as if they haddirectly contracted such services.

� Special Care For The Disabled: Some excursions involve longjourneys and lengthy walking and some visitor attractions(especially theatres) may have steps and no lifts. We always makea special effort to help disabled customers to travel on our toursand if you tell us about your disability when you book, it will helpus to help you. Our drivers will be happy to provide generalassistance to passengers but will not be expected to provideassistance that extends to the bodily lifting and carrying of anypassengers, nor to act as carers for customers during the tour.Two front seats are reserved for a Registered Disabled passengerand their companion on each tour. We are happy to transportwheelchairs and scooters, at your own risk, and we cannot beheld responsible for any damage to them but, due to Health &Safety legislation, you must be able to load and unload, assembleand dismantle your own scooters (into no more than five pieces)and each piece must weigh less than 40 lbs.

� In order to comply with Health & Safety Regulations, anycustomer proposing to board the coach with items other thannormal hand luggage or suitcases, must obtain authorisationfrom the Firm at the time of booking. We reserve the right torefuse permission to board if we consider a passenger has anyitems or equipment that will be detrimental to the health andsafety of our staff and/or other customers. Our drivers are notpermitted to take any action that may put their health, safety,welfare or the legal requirements for a break in duty at risk.

� Mobile phones: If you must use a mobile whilst on the coachthen please keep your conversation as quiet and as brief aspossible to avoid distracting your driver and to minimise anydisturbance to other passengers.

� Complaints: If you have a complaint during a tour, pleaseinform our driver in the first instance and he/she will do his/herbest to assist you. If you wish to make further representation onyour return, please write to us within 21 days after the date oftravel. We regret we cannot deal with any complaints receivedlater than this time.

� Coach Seating: Seat numbers are usually allocated in order ofbooking but two front seats are held for ‘Registered Disabled’passengers. We reserve the right to alter seating arrangementswhere necessary and please note that you may not smoke whilston board. All passengers must wear a seat belt where oneis available.

� Coach Tickets: You will need to give your ticket to the driverwhen you board. Admission tickets for shows, concerts, etc. willnormally be given to you by the driver during the journey.

� Child Fares: Usually apply from age 3 to age 16, but age limitsvary on some tours. We do not allow children under 16 to travelwithout an adult. Children under 3 can usually travel free if theydo not require a seat on the coach.

� Meeting Friends: We always try to park in a convenient,central location but it is not always possible and sometimesarrangements have to be amended on the day. We suggest youplan to meet at a suitable well-known landmark or café, orexchange mobile phone numbers!

� Departure Times: During your journey, your driver will giveinstructions regarding the time of departure from each stop.Please make sure you note these details carefully as the driverwill have to leave without you if you are late, to avoidinconvenience to the other passengers. In this event, the firmwill not be liable for any costs you incur.

� Travelling Abroad: Passports will be required for anyexcursions to Europe and we advise non EC citizens to checkwith the appropriate Embassies regarding any additional visarequirements. Due to weight restrictions, there will be limits tothe amount of goods you can bring home and our drivers willadvise you of these limits on the date of travel. Passengers arerecommended to be in possession of a European HealthInsurance Card. We reserve the right to change the method ofcross Channel travel at any time.

� Your Health: We recommend you consult your doctor beforeundertaking a coach journey of more than 3 hours if you haveever had DVT or pulmonary embolism; a family history of clottingconditions; an inherited tendency to clot; cancer, or treatment forcancer in the past; undergone major surgery in the last 3 months;had hip or knee replacement within the last 3 months; eversuffered from a stroke, heart or lung disease.

� Pets: We do not allow any animals to be carried on our coachesother than guide and hearing dogs.

� Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, you will needto telephone first and you must then return your ticket(s) to us forany refund due. Cancellations can only be accepted duringoffice hours and charges are determined from the time that theFirm receives written notification of the cancellation. We chargea fee to cover administration and other costs and the followingscale of charges will apply:

Up to 48 hours before departure 20% of total paidLess than 48 hours before departure 50% of total paidLess than 24 hours before departure No refund

� Please note: No refund will be given for any meal, theatreticket, admission charges etc. which are included in the ticketprice and are not recoverable by us. On most tours, if yourcancellation is made more than four weeks before departure, youmay be able to change your booking to another day tour onpayment of a transfer fee of £1.50pp. You are also welcome topass your ticket to a friend but it is a good idea to let us knowof the change.
