Great Western ParkA stylish new development of two, three
and four bedroom homes in Didcot
When it comes to buying your new home it is reassuring toknow that you are dealing with one of the most successfulcompanies in the country, with a reputation built ondesigning and creating fine houses and apartmentsnationwide backed up with one of the industry’s bestafter-care services.
In 1946 John and Russell Bell, newly demobbed, joined their father John T. Bell in a small family ownedhousebuilding business in Newcastle upon Tyne. From thevery beginning John T. Bell & Sons, as the new companywas called, were determined to break the mould. In theearly 1950s Kenneth Bell joined his brothers in thecompany and new approaches to design layout andfinishes were developed. In 1963 John T. Bell & Sonsbecame part of the public corporate scene and thename Bellway evolved.
Today Bellway is one of Britain’s largest house buildingcompanies and is continuing to grow throughout thecountry. Since its formation, Bellway has built and sold over100,000 homes catering for first time buyers to moreseasoned home buyers and their families. The Group’srapid growth has turned Bellway into a multi-million poundcompany, employing over 2,000 people directly and manymore sub-contractors. From its original base in Newcastleupon Tyne the Group has expanded in to all regions of thecountry and is now poised for further growth.
Our homes are designed, built and marketed by localteams operating from regional offices managed andstaffed by local people. This allows the company to stayclose to its customers and take key decisions aboutdesign, build, materials, planning and marketing inresponse to local and not national demands. A simplepoint, but one which we believe distinguishes Bellway.
Over 60 years of great homesand great service
A reputation you can rely on
Please note that while every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information provided within this brochure, particulars regarding local amenities and their proximity should be considered as generalguidance only. The identification of schools and other educational establishments is intended to illustrate the relationship to the development only and does not represent a guarantee of eligibility or admission. Customer Care
For over sixty years the name Bellway has been synonymouswith quality craftsmanship and quality homes; we are justifiablyproud of this reputation and work hard to provide you witha home that meets with your dreams.
From the day a customer visits our sales centre to the move-inday we aim to provide a level of service and after-sales carethat is second to none.
In recognising the close involvement our customers seek inpurchasing their new homes we deliberately gear our saleshand-over process to involve our customers at every possibleopportunity. Firstly all our homes are quality checked by oursite managers and sales advisors. Customers are then invitedto pre-occupation visits; this provides a valuable opportunityfor homeowners to understand the various running aspectsof their new home. On the move-in day our site and salespersonnel will be there to ensure that the move-in isachieved as smoothly as possible.
Providing customer care and building quality homes is goodbusiness sense. However, we are aware that errors do occurand it has always been our intention to minimise inconvenienceand resolve any outstanding issues at the earliest opportunity. In managing this process we have after sales teams anda Customer Care centre that is specifically tasked torespond to all customer complaints.
