Effective stakeholder management and strategic insight is therefore vital for aligning tender strategies against core business interests and client priorities.     Nyree McKenzie is the managing director and owner of Thought Bubble, a business development company that offers major bids, management, marketing, business development, branding, research, public relations and communication services. Thought Bubble is a recognized market leader in the field of competitive bid strategy within the Asia-Pacific region. The company’s clients include multinational and global companies throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the United States.

    Nyree has gained recognition, through PRIA industry awards and as a recipient of the St.George Bank Harvard International Scholarship, as one of Australia’s foremost bid and corporate communications specialists. In her position, she has successfully led business development teams and executive management through the high pressure environment of major tenders and competitive bid processes for more than 15 years. Day to day she handles business processes and strategic bid management programs, leads and directs teams, oversees organisational change, marketing, communication strategies, content development, and copy and technical writing.
