We have produced our own high performance transformer for use with 20, 35 or 50 watt low voltage lamps. It is manufactured to EN 60742, is fully dimmable and offers much improved lamp life.

In addition to producing bespoke lighting solutions for a wide variety of public building uses, we are also able to offer a complete restoration and reproduction service. This service is particularly useful where light fittings may be protected under listed building legislation.

Cosalt are pleased to accept commissions for all sizes of project from complete restorations to the production of a single new piece such as the splendid two tier chandelier shown opposite.

Traditional craft metalwork skills were applied to produce beautiful copper and brass bar front and floor details while the dramatic lighting provides a sculptural centrepiece that is both classical and contemporary.

The choice of glassware can dramatically change the appearance of our standard light fittings. Many designs are exclusive to Cosalt including a selection of mouth blown shades that can be made to your exact specification.

Parchment and fabric shades are offered in a wide range of styles and materials, special designs can be produced on larger orders. All shades are available separately to give existing light fittings a new lease of life.
