130 x 100mm Clear Opening




The Aquadrain® 130 - 100

The 130-100 drainage channels come complete with

decorative galvanised edge rails.

This drainage channel is commonly used in many applications in all levels of construction from domestic

applications through to the largest of major construction

projects.

Grate size used for this channel is 150mm wide. This channel takes up to a 100mm PVC pipe.


The 160-155mm Clear opening channel is the latest

addition to our range, again complete with decorative

galvanised edge rails. This channel has been created on what the market has been

asking for. Many areas of drainage require something in

between what the market has been offering (the 100 &

200mm C/O sizes). This product is proving to be one of our largest sellers.

Grate size used for this channel is 180mm wide

This channel takes up to a 150mm PVC pipe


The 200-200 channel, also with galvanised edge rails, is a very commonly used size for many applications such as car

parks, commercial and domestic driveways, open paved and

mall areas, just to name a few applications. This channel is

used everyday on construction sites Australia wide. Grate size used for this channel is 230mm wide

This channel takes up to a 150mm PVC pipe


The 270-240 channel, also with galvanised edge rails, has

the capability of hydraulically moving large amounts of

water at a very high flow rate. This product is commonly used in areas that need to collect

and disperse large amounts of water that fall into one area.

This product is used for many different applications in the

construction industry.

Grate size used for this channel is 310mm wide This channel takes up to a 225mm PVC pipe or larger.

Our team of trained staff have been suppyling and studying the stainless steel drainage industry for many years now and we believe that after listening to what our customers requires a full stainless steel grate and trough unit is a better and easier option overall. Polymer concrete channel with stainless steel edge rails are the better option in high loading situations that require stainless grating or covers but overall the lighter trafficable areas are what is mostly required by this product. We have found that the cost of a full stainless steel trough and grate option versus that of a complete polymer concrete channel system is not only just as price competitive but can also save in installation costs, which becomes an even larger saving advantage the larger the project. We have been supplying many major projects Australia wide with this option due to this cost saving factor alone. Full stainless comes in up to 3000mm lengths whereas stainless steel edged polymer only comes in 1000mm lengths which results in less joins to join and seal as well as the huge difference in the speed of install. The other major thing is that we can offer any custom size required to suit any situation with our full stainless options, for example, balcony work, new on old slab projects, paved areas and narrow width systems are just a few situations that most times require a special trough and grate system. The full stainless wedge wire grates & troughs units are used in many applications in the construction industry, nearly every project has its own design in one way or another.
